Kevon Looney (1996)
“Loon” has carved out an incredible career, and Warriors fans will remember him forever. The big man was the final pick of the first round in the 2015 NBA Draft for the Golden State Warriors and is currently still on their roster in his 9th season with the team. His statistics are all over the map, but Looney has become one of the few iron men in today’s NBA. Looney has only missed 10 games over the last four seasons as of 2025. He’s more than just that, though, averaging 5.8 points, 7.4 rebounds and 2.1 assists per game in that span.
Looney’s presence has helped this shooting team develop some of the best chemistry in the league, helping Golden State win three championships along the way (2017, 2018, 2022). He also led the league in offensive rebounds (274) in 2023 while posting the best offensive rating in the NBA (147.4). Looney recently signed a contract extension to stay in Golden State.
