• Summer League: Complete Coverage
NBA 2K26 Summer League continued Tuesday with the sixth day of action in Las Vegas and 10th overall since summer league play began almost two weeks ago. Here are the standouts:
Terrence Shannon Jr., Minnesota Timberwolves
Shannon has been the model of consistency in Las Vegas, scoring 20-plus points in all three of Minnesota’s outings. He extended his streak Tuesday against Detroit, scoring 24 with five rebounds, three assists and two steals as the Timberwolves improved to 3-0.
His seven turnovers weren’t great. But with his scoring prowess and defensive potential, the Timberwolves have to be pleased with what they’re seeing from a second-year prospect who will have every opportunity to fill the role vacated by Nickeil Alexander-Walker following his departure to Atlanta.

MarJon Beauchamp & Tyler Kolek, New York Knicks
It wasn’t so much what Beauchamp and Kolek did in New York’s 97-93 victory over Brooklyn, but how they did it.
While Beauchamp was bricking 8 of his 9 shots in the first half, Kolek picked up the slack with 23 points. Then as Kolek faded after halftime, Beauchamp rediscovered his stroke to the tune of 20 points in the second half.
All told, the Knicks duo scored 25 points apiece to help New York hold off a late Nets rally led by center Drew Timme, who continued his strong summer with 24 points and 10 boards.

Ajay Mitchell & Branden Carlson, Oklahoma City Thunder
Mitchell entered Tuesday’s action with the dubious distinction of leading Summer League in turnovers with a whopping 13 through Oklahoma City’s first two games.
He cleaned that up and more against Orlando, piling up 27 points, seven rebounds, four assists, two steals and a block for one of the summer’s more productive all-around performances so far. The best part for a second-year guard seeking to build on his solid rookie season? Just one miscue.
Carlson had been relegated to the sideline for Oklahoma City’s first two games with a reported ankle injury. But he made up for lost time with 23 points and four 3-pointers in his first action of the summer.
Ja’Kobe Walter, Toronto Raptors
Adjusted for scale, Walter delivered a solid Kawhi Leonard impression with his dominant two-way effort in Toronto’s chippy 101-97 victory over Denver.
Offensively he led all players with 26 points, including seven in the final 6:18 to help deny the Nuggets. But it was on the defensive end where the 19th pick in last year’s Draft truly shined, racking up an impressive seven steals and one blocked shot in a game the Raptors otherwise provided little resistance.
WHAT AN EFFORT BY JA'KOBE WALTER 😳

Rayan Rupert, Portland Trail Blazers
While all eyes remain on first-round pick Yang Hansen, Rupert stole the spotlight with a hyper-efficient performance as the Trail Blazers edged New Orleans 93-86.
The fringe member of Portland’s senior roster scored 24 points on 9-for-12 shooting, including four 3-pointers. Raw plus-minus can be extremely messy, but Rupert’s total was probably the most impressive aspect of his game. None of his teammates were better than plus-9, but Rupert checked out with a monster plus-27 — a huge factor in a contest Portland trailed by five early in the fourth quarter before surging away late.
It was a huge improvement on Rupert’s previous outing, in which he managed just three points in 24 minutes against Memphis.
