The floor general for the Grit & Grind Grizzlies of the 2010s, Mike Conley is the all-time leading scorer for Memphis.

1. Mike Conley – 11,733 Points

Conley, drafted No. 4 out of Ohio State in 2007, developed into a smooth, ambidextrous point guard with a world-class float game in Memphis. He became the starter almost instantly, then began building his reputation as a scorer.

Over 11 seasons in Memphis, Conley averaged 14.9 PPG, knocking down 38% of his three-pointers.

He cracked 20+ PPG in 2016-17 and 2018-19, taking the reigns from Zach Randolph as the lead scorer during the second half of his tenure in the city.

2. Marc Gasol – 11,684 Points

Acquired from the Los Angeles Lakers in a trade for his brother, Pau, Marc Gasol became the defensive foundation of the “Grit & Grind” Grizzlies, developing into a three-time All-Star.

He was also a skilled scorer with a soft, refined touch around the rim. Originally a post player, Gasol developed a three-point shot as his career progressed. He knocked down five threes, for example, when putting up a career-high 42 points against the Toronto Raptors in January 2017.

Gasol peaked as a scorer in that season, dropping 19.5 ppg and earning his third All-Star nod. He shot 39% from 3-point range and 84% from the line, showcasing his evolved offensive game.

Marc won Defensive Player of the Year in 2013. Over his nine seasons in Memphis, the Grizzlies made the playoffs on six occasions.

3. Zach Randolph – 9,261 Points

Beloved in the city of Memphis, “Z-Bo” was a formidable workhorse in the post, using strength, angles, toughness and a ton of heart to give defenders fits over his seven years with the Grizzlies.

He averaged 16.8 ppg and 10.2 rpg for the franchise, coming to the team in 2009 after stints with the Trail Blazers and Knicks to form an elite partnership with Gasol.

Randolph made both of his All-Star appearances while a member of the Grizzlies (2010, ’13) and was named to the All-NBA Third Team (’12). He scored 20+ ppg in 2008-09 and 2009-10, averaging more than 37 mpg in both seasons.

4. Pau Gasol – 8,966 Points

Pau Gasol was the first star for the Memphis Grizzlies after the team moved from Vancouver, coming to the franchise in 2001. He immediately showcased his skills, winning Rookie of the Year while putting up 17.6 ppg and 8.9 rpg.

Despite a loaded class of power forwards in the West, Gasol carved out respect as a gifted scorer, rebounder and passer.

Over six-plus seasons in Memphis, Gasol posted 20+ ppg on two occasions, made one All-Star team (2005) and led the franchise to its first three Playoff appearances (2004, ’05, ’06).

5. Rudy Gay – 8,562 Points

A high-flying slasher out of UConn, Rudy Gay could do anything on the right night. After finishing third in Rookie of the Year voting as a rookie in 2007, Gay averaged 20.1 ppg in his second season in Memphis, becoming the team’s leading scorer.

He wowed fans with his athleticism over five-plus seasons in Memphis, throwing down more than a few posters, as well as his ability to get buckets.

Gay set his career-high in scoring with 41 points against the Miami Heat on December 13, 2009, tying a then-franchise record.
