LAS VEGAS – The Jazz beat the Trail Blazers, 83-79, in the 2026 NBA Summer League on Friday.
There were 11 ties and 10 lead changes in this tightly-fought game, with Utah riding a 49-43 second half to their victory. The Jazz shot 38 percent from the field while holding the Trail Blazers below 34 percent.
Utah outscored Portland in the paint (46 to 32), in second-chance points (23 to 10) and in fastbreak points (25 to 13).
The Jazz were led by Justin Harmon, who had 21 points, six rebounds, three assists and two steals.
Orlando Robinson tallied 12 points, nine rebounds, three assists and three blocks. Matthew Cleveland collected 11 points, five rebounds and two assists.
The Trail Blazers (2-3) were led by Jalen Bridges’ 16 points and six rebounds. Flynn Cameron finished with 12 points, six rebounds and four assists.
Quincy Olivari led the starters with 11 points, two rebounds and five assists, while Yang Hansen had nine points, 10 rebounds, three assists and two blocks.
This marks the end of Summer League for both teams.
