NBA 2K26 Summer League rolled on Wednesday with the seventh day of action in Las Vegas and 11th overall since summer league play began almost two weeks ago. Here are the standouts:

Jahmir Young, Chicago Bulls

Young, a second-year guard who went undrafted in 2024, had the biggest scoring outburst in Las Vegas so far. Young erupted for 40 points – the most ever by a Bulls player in Summer League – to lead Chicago to a 102-96 win over the Bucks. The lefty was highly efficient in finding his spots, from 3-point land (7-for-8) to midrange pullup jumpers, to several and-1 finishes in the lane. The Maryland product played mostly for the G League’s Windy City Bulls last season, finished the day 13-for-18 from the field and supplemented his night with three assists and a pair of steals.

Rob Dillingham, Minnesota Timberwolves

Dillingham is putting together a solid Summer League in Las Vegas. The 2nd-year guard from Kentucky should have a larger role this season with the departure of Nickeil Alexander-Walker and another year under his belt, and he’s showing he’s ready for more. Dillingham scored a game-high 23 points despite going just 1-for-7 from beyond the arc, but also had seven rebounds and seven assists in the Wolves’ 89-85 win over Phoenix. The 6-foot-3 guard finished plus-17 for the game and showed his control of the game with just two turnovers in 31 minutes of action.

Johni Broome, Philadelphia 76ers

For the second straight game, Broome tallied a double-double in a Sixers win. Despite a slow start, Broome scored 13 of his team-high 22 points (tied with Mark Armstrong) in the second half of Philly’s 90-82 win over the Mavericks. Broome, who fell to the second round in the 2025 Draft (35th overall), was 8-for-19 from the field, going 4-for-11 from beyond the arc. It’s early – and hard to get too excited over Summer League – but the Sixers may have found a gem in the second rounder.

Tyrese Proctor, Cleveland Cavaliers

Speaking of potential steals from the second round, the Cavs may have hit on one with Tyrese Proctor. The Duke guard from Australia, who fell to the 49th pick in this year’s Draft and signed a multiyear deal with Cleveland, might struggle to break into the rotation but will have plenty of time to learn behind Donovan Mitchell and Darius Garland. While the Cavs didn’t pick up the win, Proctor certainly opened some eyes with his 35-point outing against the Kings on Wednesday afternoon. Proctor was 11-for-24 from the floor, going 4-for-14 on 3-pointers, and hitting all nine of his free throws. He also had four assists and a pair of steals in 28 minutes as the Cavs nearly pulled off the comeback.

Jeremiah Fears & Trey Alexander, New Orleans Pelicans

Fears and Alexander arrived to Summer League on different paths, but both stood out Wednesday for the Pelicans. Fears, the 7th overall pick, tallied 22 points, six rebounds and six assists while finishing 8-for-15 from the field. Fears, still just 18 years old, still had four turnovers in 30 minutes, but the increased assist total (he had three total through his first three games) shows he’s becoming more comfortable in Vegas.

Alexander, who went undrafted out of Creighton in 2024, played 24 games for the Nuggets last season and was named G League Rookie of the Year, scored a game-high 25 points off the bench, going 7-for-13 from the field, going 5-for-9 from 3-point territory. Signed to a two-way contract with New Orleans, Alexander also had four boards and a pair of steals in the Pelicans’ 95-81 loss to the Thunder.

Cody Williams, Utah Jazz

Williams had struggled with his shot entering Wednesday, but had one of his better outings in Utah’s 86-76 win over the Wizards. Williams scored 23 points on 9-for-16 shooting, going 3-for-6 from downtown and was a team high plus-15 in 29 minutes of action. Williams, the 10th pick in ‘24 out of Colorado, brought his Summer League averages to 19.0 points, 4.2 rebounds, 2.7 assists and 2.2 steals and looks like he’s ready to take a leap in his second season with the Jazz.
