NBA House- Mexico durante las Finales

NBA House in Mexico City

The 2026 NBA Finals are set, and excitement is building far beyond the two cities represented on the court as the New York Knicks face the San Antonio Spurs. Across the globe, fans are gathering to celebrate basketball’s biggest stage through watch parties, community events, brand activations, and local fan experiences.

Montreal

With deep basketball roots, a passionate NBA fanbase and a track record of producing NBA champions such as Luguentz Dort, Chris Boucher, Joel Anthony and Bill Wennington, Montreal was a natural choice to host its first-ever “NBA House” in Canada during the 2026 NBA Finals.

Held at La Nesra in Griffintown from June 5-8, the four-day event will bring fans together for Finals viewing parties for Games 2 and 3, appearances from NBA and WNBA stars, interactive basketball activities, photo opportunities with the Larry O’Brien Trophy and exclusive merchandise inspired by the city.

Among the guests scheduled to appear are three-time WNBA champion Diana Taurasi, NBA champion Serge Ibaka and three-time NBA champion Danny Green.

The event will also celebrate women’s basketball with a dedicated WNBA Champions Lounge and a viewing party for the WNBA Commissioner’s Cup matchup between the Toronto Tempo and Chicago Sky on June 7. For the first time at an NBA House event, both the NBA and WNBA championship trophies will be on display.

Sāo Paulo

Brazil will once again be a key part of the NBA Finals celebration with the return of NBA House, marking its 10th anniversary in the country, at Shopping Eldorado in São Paulo from June 3-21. NBA House Brazil continues to highlight Brazil’s importance as one of the NBA’s leading international markets, building on last year’s event that brought in more than 42,000 fans.

Spanning more than 6,000 square meters, NBA House 2026 will feature viewing parties for every game of the NBA Finals, along with a wide range of interactive fan experiences, live entertainment, gaming and sneaker customization areas, partner activations, giveaways, and an outdoor space with a half-court, LED screens, food and drink options, and areas for fans to gather. Fans will also be able to shop at the official NBA Store and access premium hospitality experiences, including NBA Lounge packages.

The event will include appearances from NBA players Jaime Jaquez Jr. and Gui Santos, as well as former NBA guard Leandro Barbosa. Throughout the event, fans can also expect performances and appearances from mascots, dunk teams, dance teams, celebrities and creators, along with a special tribute to Brazilian basketball legend Oscar Schmidt.

NBA House Brazil will also introduce the Creators Club, a group of 15 creators across basketball, culture, entertainment and lifestyle who will help bring coverage of the 10th edition of the event to fans across the country.

In Australia, NBA House made its debut at The Timber Yard in Melbourne from May 14-17, marking the first NBA House ever held in the country. The event featured live NBA Playoff viewing parties alongside basketball challenges, NBA 2K26 gameplay, music, food and beverage offerings, and interactive fan experiences, headlined by DeMarcus Cousins and Jock Landale.

In India, BUDX NBA House took place on May 9-10 at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi during the 2026 NBA Playoffs, blending basketball, music, and culture. The event included a celebrity 3-on-3 game coached by Isiah Thomas and DeMarcus Cousins, along with live performances, meet-and-greets, and fan activations across sport and lifestyle.

In Japan, NBA House Japan 2026 presented by Prime debuted in Tokyo on April 25-26, drawing 14,000 fans across the weekend. The event featured live and delayed Playoff viewing parties, interactive experiences, appearances by Chris Bosh, photo opportunities with the Larry O’Brien Trophy and NBA-themed retail and partner activations.

Together, these events set the stage for the Finals, showing how the excitement of the NBA postseason continues to grow on a global scale well beyond the court.
