LAS VEGAS – The Memphis Grizzlies defeated the Golden State Warriors, 106-85, in the 2026 NBA Summer League at Pavilion on Tuesday.
There were nine ties and four lead changes in the first half, but Memphis rode a 29-13 third quarter to a blowout win.
The Grizzlies got the lead up to 27 points at times and maintained a double-digit lead for the closing 15 minutes.
Memphis shot 17-for-32 from three-point range and 15-for-20 from the free-throw line, while the Warriors shot 10-for-32 from long range and 5-for-5 from the charity stripe.
The Grizzlies (2-1) were led by Javon Small, who provided 26 points, four rebounds, seven assists and two blocks.
Taylor Hendricks had 13 points and six rebounds.
No. 3 overall pick Cameron Boozer tallied 12 points, seven rebounds, three assists and three steals, while Brendan Hausen led the bench with 20 points and three rebounds.
The Warriors (2-1) were led by their first-round pick, with Yaxel Lendeborg collecting 15 points, nine rebounds, three assists and two steals. Malevy Leons had 10 points, three rebounds, three assists and two steals.
Will Richard registered 11 points and three rebounds, while Chance McMillian led the bench with 11 points.
Both teams return to action on Thursday, with Memphis matching up with the Atlanta Hawks and Golden State playing the New York Knicks.
