Won't suit up against Sacramento

Biberovic has been battling inflammation in his right heel, preventing him from making his NBA debut. While the rookie should be considered week-to-week, he likely has a way to go before earning a meaningful role in Dallas even when he's cleared to suit up.

Remains sidelined for Monday

Although there haven't been any negative reports regarding Lively's rehab progress, it doesn't appear he will be back in the lineup anytime soon. For now, the 22-year-old should be considered week-to-week. While Lively remains on the shelf, Daniel Gafford and Moussa Cisse should continue to handle most of the work at the five. Santi Aldama (knee) might also get involved in that area once he's cleared to return.

Questionable for Monday

Irving could miss his second contest of the season as he works his way back from an ACL tear in his left knee. He played a season-high 35 minutes during Friday's 116-111 win over Houston, so it's possible Dallas gives him some additional time to rest Monday. If that is indeed the case, Walter Clayton Jr. and Marcus Sasser are the top candidates to join the starting unit, while Cooper Flagg's usage would see a major boost.
