Named to the Auburn Athletic Director’s Honor Roll after maintaining at least a 3.5 GPA in the fall…son of Godwin and Gloria Okoro…father, Godwin, emigrated from Nigeria to the Unites States in the 1980s…played at McEachern High School where he had his No. 35 jersey retired…was a four-time all-state selection…led team to 32-0 record and the state title in 2018-19, the first in the school’s history…team was ranked No. 1 in the country according to MaxPreps, BlueStar Media and the Prep Circuit Power 50…averaged 19.7 points, 10.1 rebounds, 3.2 assists and 2.7 steals as a senior…named the 2019 AJC Player of the Year…graduated with honors…has three siblings: Michael, Rachel and Ashley.
