Beckham Black and CJ Rosser are among those selected for October’s minicamp roster.
COLORADO SPRINGS – USA Basketball announced today the athletes expected to participate in the October 2026 USA Basketball Men’s Junior National Team minicamp from Oct. 9-11 at the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Minicamp participants will represent the high school graduating classes of 2027, 2028, 2029 and 2030. Athletes and coaches were selected by the USA Basketball Men’s Developmental National Team committee.
The athletes will participate in on-court skill development and competitive scrimmages in addition to life skills sessions led by staff from USA Basketball, NBA Player Development, the NCAA and more. Sessions will include media training; NCAA rules and eligibility education; mental health and wellbeing guidance; and financial management guidance provided by Morgan Stanley.
“USA Basketball hosts October minicamp as a way of supporting elite athletes while also evaluating them for future USA Basketball Junior National Team opportunities,” said Sean Ford, USA Basketball Men’s National Team director and committee chair. “We are excited to welcome nearly 90 athletes and their parents to Colorado Springs with the goal of offering tools to help navigate their careers on and off the court.”
Representing the class of 2027 are Scottie Adkinson, Reese Alston, Nasir Anderson, Kamsi Awaka, Dawson Battie, Beckham Black, NaVorro Bowman Jr., Chase Branham, Cayden Daughtry, DeMarcus Henry, Isaiah Hill, Ahmad Hudson, Jaydn Jenkins, Dooney Johnson, Malachi Jordan, Moussa Kamissoko, Kager Knueppel, Chase Lumpkin, J’Lon Lyons, Parker McDaniel, Kameron Mercer, Asa Montgomery, Jordan Page, CJ Rosser, Kevin Savage III and AJ Williams.
For the class of 2028, Benjamin Berrouet, Logan Chwastyk, Mateen Cleaves Jr., Kaharri Coleman, Mason Collins, Erick Dampier Jr., Owen Eteuati-Edwards, Myles Hayes, Colton Hiller, Blaze Johnson, Bentley Lusakueno, Boss Mhoon, Jordan Mize, Donavin Okoth, Jakobi Oware, Josiah Rose, Shalen Sheppard, Xavier Skipworth, Michai White, Evan Willis and Xavier Young.
The class of 2029 attendees include Bear Acy, Braylen Alexander, Josiah Brooks, Will Conroy Jr., Jordan Costley, JJ Crawford, Grant Duggins, RJ Evans, Cayden Gaskins, Quali Giran, Mason Grivna, Cadien Hudson Jr., Bryce Irby, London Jackson, David Johnson, Avery Jones, Ty Kozlowski, Austin Leonard, Draydne McDaniel, Marcus Miller, Eli Murray, Felix Okam, Jace Opoku-Agyeman, Jeremiah Triplin and Noah Woods.
The class of 2030 includes Aloni Arenas, MJ Bain, Aylen Garnett, Deuce Grayson, Jackson Huffman, Heir Jackson, David Moudouyi, Omar Muhammad, DJ Parker, Levin Robinson, Pierre Rondo, Julian Smith Jr., Rob Smith Jr., Tory Walker Jr. and Victor Wilson.
The group boasts 50 athletes who have prior USA Basketball national team or minicamp experience.
Of those expected to participate, 18 are USA Basketball medalists, with 16 having won gold – six of whom own two gold medals – and two earning silver. Most recently, Black, Bowman Jr., Collins, Crawford, Dampier Jr., Daughtry, Montgomery, Page, Rosser, Williams and Young won gold at the 2026 FIBA U17 Men’s World Cup in Istanbul. Black, Collins, Dampier Jr., Page, Rosser and Williams took home their first gold medals at the 2025 FIBA U16 Men’s AmeriCup in Juarez, Mexico., with Anderson, Hiller, Lusakueno, Mercer and Sheppard also joining that squad. Henry and Jordan won silver at the 2026 FIBA U18 Men’s AmeriCup in Leon, Mexico.
Coaching the minicamp will be Jonathan Adams, Dom Amorosa, Frank Bennett, Steve Dagostino, Scott Fitch, Andy Harrington, Mike Iuzzolino, Nick LoGalbo, Joe Mantegna, Reggie Morris, Andre Noble, Dave Rebibo, Kevin Sutton, Al Thiero and Larry Thompson, all of whom have previous USA Basketball coaching experience.
