LaMarcus Aldridge (1985)

Aldridge was a midrange maestro as a big man throughout his 16-year career, establishing himself as one of the best scorers over the last 20 years. He was the No. 2 overall pick in the 2006 NBA Draft by the Chicago Bulls. A draft day trade sent him to the Portland Trail Blazers, and he became one of the greatest Blazers of all time. After battling in his rookie season, Aldridge went on to average at least 17.3 points per game in 13 straight seasons. Things really took off in 2011 when he made Third-Team All-NBA. 

He followed that up with seven All-Star appearances over the next eight seasons, finishing Top 10 in MVP voting in three of those. His best season was his final year with the Blazers in 2015, averaging a career-high 23.4 points, 10.2 rebounds, 1.7 assists and 1.0 blocks per game. Aldridge spent time with the San Antonio Spurs and Brooklyn Nets after that before officially retiring in 2022. He averaged 19.1 points and 8.1 rebounds throughout his 16-year career and will surely get some Hall of Fame consideration in the near future. 

Alvan Adams (1954)

Adams was the fourth overall pick in the 1975 NBA Draft by the Phoenix Suns. He immediately became a standout in his debut campaign, averaging a career-high 19 points, 9.1 rebounds, 5.6 assists, 1.5 steals and 1.5 blocks per game. That led to his sole All-Star appearance and a Rookie of the Year award. Despite not making another All-Star appearance, Adams was still a strong contributor over the next decade. He spent all 13 years of his career with the Suns, averaging 14.1 points, 7.0 rebounds, 4.1 assists, 1.3 steals and 0.8 blocks per game.
