Mark Aguirre (1959): Aguirre was an unsung hero for the Detroit Pistons, winning two championships with the Pistons in 1989 and 1990. “Ziggy” was the top pick in the 1981 NBA Draft, spending his first eight seasons with the Dallas Mavericks. He made three All-Star appearances with the Cavs before joining the Detroit Pistons in 1988. Aguirre averaged 20 points, 5.1 rebounds and 3.0 assists per game over his 13-year career. 

Ray Felix (1930): “Baby Ray” was the second overall pick in the 1953 NBA Draft. The big man won Rookie of the Year in his only season with the Baltimore Bullets while also making an All-Star appearance. Felix averaged 17.6 points and 13.3 rebounds in his remarkable debut season. He was traded to New York the following year, playing the next six seasons with the Knicks. He closed his career by playing for the Los Angeles Lakers and retired in 1962.
