Dallas Mavericks rookie Cooper Flagg will return to the floor Thursday against the Orlando Magic (7 ET, League Pass) after missing the last eight games with a left midfoot sprain, coach Jason Kidd confirmed pregame.

The 19-year-old has been out since the final game before the All-Star break after getting injured in a loss at Phoenix on Feb. 10.
Flagg, the No. 1 overall pick in the 2025 NBA Draft, is averaging 20.4 points, 6.6 rebounds and 4.1 assists over 49 games this season. The Mavericks (21-40) are currently 12th in the Western Conference standings.
