1. Reggie Miller, 144 Games

The Pacers selected Miller with the 11th pick in the 1987 Draft. He went on to spend his entire career with the franchise. He made five All-Star teams and was eventually elected into the Basketball Hall of Fame. The furthest that he advanced in the playoffs was making the NBA Finals during the 1999-00 season. The Pacers lost that series in six games to the Lakers. Over his 144 career playoff games, Miller averaged 20.6 points and 2.2 3-pointers.

2. Dale Davis, 110 Games

The Pacers selected Davis with the 13th pick in the 1991 Draft. He spent his first nine seasons in the league with the franchise. While he also played for the Trail Blazers, Warriors and Pistons, Davis had another brief 25-game stint with the Pacers during the 2004-05 season. He made his lone All-Star team in 1999-00 as a member of the Pacers. Davis was also a member of the team that lost to the Lakers in the NBA Finals. Over his 110 career playoff games with the franchise, Davis averaged 7.6 points and 9.1 rebounds.

3. Rik Smits, 104 Games

Smits was selected by the Pacers with the second pick in the 1988 Draft. He appeared in all 82 games during his rookie campaign, averaging 11.7 points, 6.1 rebounds and 1.8 blocks. Smits spent his entire 12-season career with the Pacers, making the All-Star team during the 1997-98 season. Smits was yet another member of the team that lost in the NBA Finals during the 1999-00 season. Across his 104 career playoff games, Smits averaged 14.8 points and 5.2 rebounds.

4. Derrick McKey, 93 Games

McKey spent the first six seasons of his career with the SuperSonics. He joined the Pacers for the 1993-94 season and finished sixth in Defensive Player of the Year voting that season. McKey would go on to spend eight seasons with the Pacers before spending his final season in the NBA with the 76ers. The furthest that McKey advanced in the playoffs was the 1999-00 NBA Finals. Over 93 career playoff games with the Pacers, McKey averaged 6.5 points and 4.1 rebounds.

5. Mark Jackson, 74 Games

Jackson had two separate tenures with the Pacers and played for seven total franchises during his career. In his rookie season, he won the Rookie of the Year Award with the Knicks. During the 1996-97 season, Jackson led the league by averaging 11.4 assists, playing for both the Nuggets and Pacers that season. Jackson made five trips to the playoffs with the Pacers, including their run to the NBA Finals in 1999-00. Across his 74 career playoff games with the franchise, Jackson averaged 9.5 points, 7.8 assists and 1.0 steals.
