LAS VEGAS – The Miami Heat defeated the Milwaukee Bucks, 119-86, in the 2026 NBA Summer League at Thomas & Mack Center on Friday.
While there were seven ties and seven lead changes in this game, Miami outscored Milwaukee in the second half, 60-27.
The Heat shot 51.9% from the field and 41.9% from 3-point range while holding the Bucks to 35.4% from the field and 30.6% percent from long range.
Miami had 27 assists to Milwaukee’s 17 while outscoring the Bucks in the paint, 44-30.
Young led the Heat with seven assists.
Trevor Keels had 14 points, five rebounds, four assists and three steals while Vladislav Goldin generated 14 points, six rebounds, two assists and two blocks.
Tre White also had a double-double off the bench, contributing 16 points, 10 rebounds and two assists.
The Bucks (0-1) were led by Brayden Burries, who scored 18 points and added three rebounds and three assists.
Pete Nance provided 16 points, seven rebounds and two blocks. Kasparas Jakucionis (11 points) added three rebounds and six assists.
