Smith came up short of securing his third double-double of Summer League play but still managed to post 16 points, largely fueled by frequent trips to the free-throw line. The center spent nearly all of the 2024-25 season in the G League but made one regular-season NBA appearance with the Pistons, logging 14 points and eight rebounds in 22 minutes against the Bucks on April 13.

Another SL scoring outburst
Holland has now tallied at least 15 points in all three of his Summer League outings, including a 22-point showing Tuesday that was fueled by strong free-throw shooting. The No. 5 overall pick in the 2024 NBA Draft averaged 6.4 points, 2.7 rebounds and 1.0 assists on 47.4 percent shooting in 15.6 minutes per game across 81 regular-season appearances (two starts) last season.

Scores game-high 23 in win
Jenkins was incredibly efficient during his time on the floor Sunday, scoring a game-high 23 points in 23 minutes while missing only three field-goal attempts. The St. John's product led the way along with Tolu Smith, helping Detroit win its second straight game in the Las Vegas Summer League.
