Tosan Evbuomwan
Signs contract with Knicks

After spending last year with the Nets, Evbuomwan will now join Brooklyn's crosstown rivals in New York ahead of training camp. The 24-year-old swingman made 28 NBA appearances last season, averaging 9.5 points, 4.3 rebounds, and 2.0 assists in 23.8 minutes per game, though he could be set to compete for a two-way spot for the Knicks this fall.

Isaiah Miller
Let go by San Antonio

Miller signed a training camp deal with the Spurs on Monday, but he was ultimately waived to make room for Bismack Biyombo. However, San Antonio will retain Miller's G League rights. He appeared in 30 total outings with the G League's Austin Spurs in 2024-25, averaging 15.9 points, 6.5 rebounds, 2.7 assists and 2.4 steals in 29.7 minutes per game.

Kobe Bufkin
Traded to Nets

The move frees up a roster spot for Atlanta and reinforces Brooklyn's backcourt depth. Bufkin averaged 5.3 points, 2.1 rebounds and 1.7 assists in 12.4 minutes per game over 10 regular-season games before a shoulder injury knocked him out of action. After missing most of the 2024-25 campaign, Bufkin returned to action during Summer League and balled out, averaging 19.5 points, 5.2 rebounds, 4.2 assists and 1.0 steals across 26.5 minutes per game across four appearances.

Kai Jones
Inks contract with Anadolu Efes

The 2021 first-rounder was unable to find a home ahead of NBA training camp this fall, though he's set to continue his career overseas. Jones flashed some potential as an interior presence in 2024-25, averaging 5.0 points, 3.1 rebounds and 0.6 blocks in 11.7 minutes while shooting 79.8 percent from the floor across 40 regular-season games for the Mavericks and Clippers.

Mamadi Diakite
Agrees to deal with Baskonia

Diakite hasn't seen the NBA floor since the 2023-24 season, and he's now headed overseas to continue his playing career. The 28-year-old big man spent last year with the G League's Valley Suns, closing with averages of 13.5 points, 8.4 rebounds, 2.3 assists, 1.4 blocks, 0.9 steals and 1.1 three-pointers in 26.7 minutes while shooting 55.0 percent from the field across 44 appearances, including the playoffs.

David Muoka
Joining Brooklyn for training camp

Muoka went undrafted in 2024 and latched onto the G League's Windy City Bulls for the 2024-25 campaign, and his next chance in the NBA is set to come with Brooklyn. The 24-year-old big man figures to be in line to compete for a two-way spot with the Nets, and he most recently averaged 4.0 points, 4.6 rebounds and 1.0 blocks in 14.1 minutes per game across five Las Vegas Summer League appearances for Chicago.

Bones Hyland
Set to join Timberwolves

After fizzling out with the Clippers to begin last year, Hyland has landed an opportunity to rejoin the Timberwolves for training camp in an effort to make the final roster. The 2021 first-rounder is capable of providing instant offense off the bench, as he averaged 6.2 points, 0.8 steals and 1.3 three-pointers in just 10.0 minutes per game over 24 regular-season contests in 2024-25. However, he'll likely be hard-pressed to find playing time in the Minnesota backcourt if he makes the Opening Night roster.

Osayi Osifo
Cut loose by Spurs

San Antonio signed Osifo to an Exhibit 10 contract last Wednesday, but the team has since decided to go in a different direction. The 25-year-old forward most recently appeared in the Las Vegas Summer League, averaging 6.8 points, 5.2 rebounds, 1.1 assists and 0.8 blocks in 17.7 minutes per game over eight outings for the Spurs.

Isaiah Miller
Signs contract with San Antonio

Miller was part of the G League's Austin Spurs' roster a year ago, and he's back with the San Antonio organization to try and make the final roster. Across 15 G League regular-season outings (six starts) in 2024-25, the 27-year-old averaged 14.8 points, 6.5 rebounds, 3.2 assists and 2.3 steals in 23.5 minutes per game.

Bismack Biyombo
Lands deal with San Antonio

Biyombo made 28 regular-season appearances for the Spurs in 2024-25, averaging 5.1 points, 5.6 rebounds and 0.8 blocks in 18.8 minutes. Consistent minutes will not be a guarantee this time, however. Victor Wembanyama is 100 percent healthy, and the Spurs bolstered their frontcourt depth with Luke Kornet and Kelly Olynyk.
