Fantasy News

Jarace Walker
Ties team high in scoring

After coming off the bench in Monday's loss to Houston, Walker drew the start Tuesday due to multiple key contributors being unavailable. The 22-year-old forward struggled mightily from three-point range, though he still tied the team-high mark in points while reaching the 20-point threshold for the fourth time this season. Walker has scored in double figures in seven straight games and continues to see meaningful burn, logging at least 18 minutes in 13 consecutive contests.

Quenton Jackson
Scores 24 points in loss

With multiple key contributors sidelined in the second leg of this back-to-back set, Jackson saw increased burn and torched the nets, albeit in a losing effort. The two-way player tied the team-high mark in points and led Indiana with a season-high-tying three steals. Still, the 27-year-old guard logged just one minute over Indiana's previous five outings, so he isn't expected to see meaningful minutes unless injuries arise in the backcourt.

Kam Jones
Well-rounded outing in spot start

With the Pacers shorthanded in the second leg of this back-to-back set, Jones got the starting nod for the first time in his career and turned in a productive outing. The rookie second-rounder led the Pacers in assists, recording career highs in points, rebounds, assists and minutes played. While the Marquette product isn't guaranteed to see the court when Indiana is near full strength, performances like these bode well for his chances of receiving increased opportunities going forward, especially when key contributors are sidelined.

Ace Bailey
Bounces back in victory

After scoring just four points on 1-of-10 shooting from the field in Sunday's loss to Toronto, Bailey bounced back in a major way. The rookie first-rounder saw increased playing time following Utah's trade for Jaren Jackson earlier in the day, as only seven Jazz players saw the court against Indiana. Bailey finished as Utah's third-leading scorer and has posted at least 19 points in three of his last five appearances. He also stuffed the stat sheet on the defensive end, matching his season highs in blocks and steals. He has recorded multiple steals in three of his last four outings.

Lauri Markkanen
Paces Utah in win

Markkanen was one of just seven Jazz players to see the court Tuesday following the team's acquisition of Jaren Jackson earlier in the day. Markkanen led all players in scoring, posting 27 points for a second consecutive contest. The ninth-year forward has appeared in four of Utah's last five games, averaging 22.8 points, 5.5 rebounds, 2.5 assists, 1.0 steals and 1.0 blocks per tilt during that stretch.

Kyle Filipowski
Double-doubles in win

The second-year center got the starting nod in place of Jusuf Nurkic, who was available to suit up but ultimately received a day off after initially being ruled out due to rest purposes. Filipowski grabbed a game- and season-high 16 rebounds, securing his fifth double-double on the campaign. The Jazz traded for Jaren Jackson on Tuesday, which will likely affect Filipowski's playing time if the club holds onto Nurkic past the trade deadline. However, Utah still owns a top-eight protected pick in the 2026 Draft and may continue resting key players as the season progresses, keeping Filipowski in the mix as a viable streaming option.

Miles Kelly
Rare appearance Tuesday

Kelly moved back into the rotation, logging double-digit minutes for just the fifth time this season. The 2025 draftee is currently on a two-way deal with the Mavericks, playing only when necessary. In 11 appearances, Kelly is averaging 2.6 points in 8.5 minutes per game.

Boo Buie
Posts 20 points in loss

Buie had a solid all-around performance that included a team-high four three-pointers during Tuesday's matchup. The guard has continued to play a key role on both ends of the floor lately, with his regular-season averages of 16.5 points and 4.4 rebounds per game ranking second and fourth on the squad, respectively.

Ryan Nembhard
Only 12 minutes in loss

Even with both Brandon Williams (leg) and D'Angelo Russell (illness) sidelined, Nembhard was unable to make the most of his opportunity. In what has been a roller coaster of a rookie season, it appears as though Nembhard could struggle to play meaningful minutes, at least for the foreseeable future. With that said, he is someone to keep an eye on, especially if Dallas opts to throw in the towel at any point.

Sean Pedulla
Secures double-double Tuesday

Pedulla was heavily involved in offensive play, leading his team in scoring and assists during the game. He scored 30 or more points for the seventh time this season, while the double-double increased his total to four in 33 contests. Pedulla has started in each of his last 18 outings, and that should remain the case as he looks to stay active as one of the Remix's top shooters.

Daniel Gafford
Double-doubles in loss

Gafford recorded his second straight double-double despite yet another trip to the locker room due to an ankle injury. At this point, it appears as though fantasy managers are simply going to have to accept that Gafford's ankles could be an ongoing issue. With that said, he has now played at least 25 minutes in three straight games, including both games of a back-to-back.

Jordan Walsh
Downward slide continues

Walsh went scoreless in the win, now serving as nothing more than a depth piece for the Celtics. Outside of a brief run earlier in the season, Walsh seems as though his time as a viable fantasy asset has come and gone. At this point, there is no reason to be holding him, even in deeper formats.

Luka Garza
Season-high four triples

Garza connected on a season-high four three-pointers, helping the Celtics to a relatively comfortable win. While Garza has been able to carve out a somewhat consistent role as the backup center, Tuesday's acquisition of Nikola Vucevic from the Bulls could signal an end to that. Those holding Garza in deeper formats will want to keep a close eye on the rotation once Vucevic lands in Boston.

Neemias Queta
Flirts with double-double

Queta put together another serviceable performance, closing in on what would have been his sixth double-double of the season. While he has been able to deliver a top-100 season, things could be about to change in Boston. The Celtics acquired Nikola Vucevic in a trade earlier in the day, so there is a chance Queta's days as the starting center are numbered. If that is the case, and Queta slots into a 20-minute per-night role off the bench, fantasy managers may have to re-evaluate his worth moving forward.

Jalen Johnson
Registers triple-double in win

The star forward continues to reestablish himself after a brief adjustment period following the CJ McCollum trade. Johnson averaged just 12.3 points, 7.3 rebounds and 5.7 assists during McCollum's first three games with the Hawks. In Johnson's six games since that period, he's averaged 25.0 points, 13.7 rebounds and 7.7 assists, reinforcing his status as a first-round value in nine-category formats.

Simone Fontecchio
Tallies 18 points in loss

Fontechhio scored 18 points, tallying double-digit points for just the second time in the past six games. Starting for the second straight game, Fontecchio also logged a season-high 34 minutes, highlighting the current struggles in Miami. While this was an encouraging performance, there is no need to overreact here. He should continue to be looked at as nothing more than a potential streaming candidate in fantasy.

Isaiah Hartenstein
Posts triple-double in blowout

Hartenstein delivered a triple-double in limited minutes, marking his most impressive outing since returning from a 16-game absence due to a right calf strain. Although it's encouraging to see him perform at this level, his workload remains relatively modest as Oklahoma City eases him back into action. If he plays Wednesday against the Spurs in the second leg of this back-to-back set, the Thunder will likely continue to monitor his playing time closely.

Keshad Johnson
Garbage-time special

Johnson continues to see the court during garbage time only, with his past 11 appearances coming during blowouts. Even with some holes in the rotation as a result of injuries, Johnson has been unable to carve out a consistent role. Barring any seismic shifts, he can be ignored in all redraft formats.

Myron Gardner
Scores season-high 14 points

Gardner played at least 22 minutes for the third straight game, scoring a season-high 14 points. With Miami dealing with a number of injuries, Gardner has been able to shift up in the rotation. In his three most recent appearances, Gardner has averaged 10.3 points, 8.0 rebounds, 1.3 steals and 1.3 three-pointers. For now, he can be considered a speculative add in deeper formats.

Dyson Daniels
Offensive struggles continue

Daniels continues to offer very little on the offensive end of the court, scoring in single digits for the fifth time in the past seven games. While his peripheral contributions have been adequate, he appears to have lost some of his confidence when it comes to scoring the basketball. His reluctance to want to score is certainly impacting his fantasy value, as he has been barely a top-80 player in seven games over the past two weeks.

Christian Koloko
Struggles in spot start

Koloko moved back into the starting lineup, although he continued to play backup-level minutes. With Onyeka Okongwu sidelined due to a recent dental procedure, Atlanta is basically doing anything it can to try to fill the vacant center spot. Despite the opportunity, Koloko is not someone who needs to be rostered in fantasy, even in deeper formats.

Cooper Flagg
Pours in 36 points in loss

Flagg has been on a scoring tear despite Dallas dropping each of its last three games, averaging 39.7 points while shooting 57.7 percent from the field during that stretch. The rookie has taken on an enormous offensive burden for the Mavericks and continues to contribute across multiple categories, even as the losses pile up.

CJ McCollum
Goes for 26 points in win

McCollum tallied 26 points in the win, the most he has scored since arriving in Atlanta as part of the Trae Young (knee) deal. Despite coming off the bench for his new team, McCollum has been a relatively consistent source of points and threes. In seven appearances over the past two weeks, he has averaged 19.9 points and 3.3 three-pointers in 28.4 minutes per game. He is fine to have on a standard-league roster, keeping in mind that his overall value is reliant on just a couple of categories.

Nikola Jokic
Stuffs stat sheet in loss

Jokic continued to ramp up his workload following a 16-game absence due to a left knee bone bruise, logging his highest minute total since returning. While the assist total was modest by his standards, he still delivered across the board. With his minutes trending upward, the three-time MVP appears close to shedding any remaining restrictions, though Denver has a back-to-back set Wednesday against the Knicks, which could prompt some level of caution.

Will Riley
Heating up from deep

Despite coming off the bench, Riley actually wound up leading the Wizards in scoring during Tuesday's lopsided affair. If Washington decides to move Khris Middleton's expiring contract prior to Thursday's trade deadline, the door to more playing time could open for Riley. The rookie first-rounder has shown glimpses of his potential across his last seven outings, during which he has averaged 11.4 points, 2.9 rebounds, 2.3 assists, 1.0 steals and 2.3 three-pointers in 22.0 minutes per game while shooting 45.7 percent from downtown.

Khris Middleton
Continues posting quality numbers

With the trade deadline approaching, Middleton continues to fortify his value on the market. The veteran forward is averaging 13.3 points, 4.1 rebounds, 3.3 assists and 1.6 three-pointers in 25.1 minutes per tilt in his last seven games, shooting 42.3 percent from deep. Middleton has started all 34 of his appearances for the Wizards, though his role and fantasy value could be altered if Washington ends up moving the 34-year-old sharpshooter.

Isaiah Collier
Dishes out career-high 22 assists

Collier never left the floor with Keyonte George (ankle) out and produced a career-high 22 assists, the most by a Jazz player since John Stockton in 1992, while also scoring 17 points on middling efficiency. Once George returns, Collier is unlikely to see this level of playing time and usage on a consistent basis, which should limit his ceiling moving forward.

Bub Carrington
Solid stretch continues

Carrington continues to be productive as Washington's primary point guard, having now scored in double figures in nine of his last 10 contests. The Wizards aren't planning to have Trae Young (knee) make his team debut until sometime following the All-Star break, keeping Carrington in position to play a key role for at least another few weeks. Carrington is averaging 12.8 points, 4.9 assists, 2.9 rebounds and 1.2 steals in 31.5 minutes across his last 10 games.

Ariel Hukporti
Flirts with double-double off bench

With Mitchell Robinson (ankle) sitting out and Tuesday's contest getting out of hand early, Hukporti got a chance to shine off the bench as the No. 2 center option behind Karl-Anthony Towns. However, it was the first time that Hukporti logged at least 20 minutes since a Jan. 2 spot start versus the Hawks, and the second-year big man could fall out of the rotation altogether with Robinson expected back Wednesday against Denver.

Caris LeVert
Logs 20 minutes in return

LeVert returned from a seven-game absence as a result of an illness, logging 20 minutes off the bench. While it was good to see him back on the court, it is unlikely he will see enough court time to warrant fantasy attention outside deeper leagues. In 32 regular-season games thus far, he has averaged just 7.8 points, 2.8 assists and 1.1 three-pointers in 19.7 minutes per contest.

Karl-Anthony Towns
Collects another double-double

Towns registered his 33rd double-double of the campaign, and the 19 points were his most since the Jan. 19 loss to Dallas. The star big man is having something of a down season by his lofty standards, but he remains as steady as they come from a fantasy perspective. Over his last seven contests, Towns is averaging 13.3 points, 13.4 rebounds, 2.9 assists and 1.1 three-pointers in 26.6 minutes per game.

Ronald Holland
Limited again Tuesday

Holland recorded at least one steal for the 11th time in his past 12 games, although he offered very little else during his time on the floor. While he does provide the Pistons with a versatile defensive presence off the bench, there simply aren't enough minutes to go around right now, limiting his opportunities. Fantasy managers should treat him as a steals streamer outside deeper leagues.

Isaiah Stewart
Across-the-board production

Stewart chipped in across most major categories, turning in another serviceable performance. After a hot start to the season, Stewart has settled into a 22-minute per-night role, averaging 10.6 points, 4.6 rebounds and 1.4 blocks in 14 games over the past month. As long as Jalen Duren is healthy, Stewart should only be looked at as a specialist streamer for blocks.

Mikal Bridges
Tallies efficient 23 points

Bridges had gone a bit cold prior to Tuesday, scoring 11 points or fewer in five of his past seven games, but he rounded back into form with an efficient 23 points. Over his last eight appearances, the 29-year-old swingman is averaging 14.8 points, 4.0 assists, 2.5 rebounds and 1.0 steals in 31.1 minutes per game.

Jonas Valanciunas
Double-doubles in 22 minutes

Valanciunas recorded his third double-double of the season, even sharing the court with Nikola Jokic for a period. Since Jokic made his return, Valanciunas has seen his role regress, serving almost exclusively as the backup center. While this was an encouraging performance, it's difficult to label Valanciunas as a must-roster player, especially given what we saw from him earlier in the season. For now, treat him as a streaming option if you need rebounds.

Julian Strawther
Drops 15 points in loss

Strawther scored in double digits for the first time in the past five games, and for just the fifth time this season. With Spencer Jones nearing his games-allowed limit, Strawther was able to play a meaningful role, something that can't be said for his season thus far. At this point, Strawther is simply a name to watch, just in case Denver doesn't convert Jones' contract.

Jalen Pickett
Scoreless in start

Pickett remained in the starting lineup, yet he once again failed to make the most of his opportunity. He has now failed to score in three of the past four games, typically playing minutes in the mid-teens. Despite his starting role, Pickett is not someone who needs to be considered outside of the deepest fantasy leagues.

Sidy Cissoko
Not starting Tuesday

Cissoko is coming off a 15-point performance in Sunday's loss against the Cavaliers in what was his 22nd start of the season (and 10th start in the Trail Blazers' last 13 games). However, the third-year pro will come off the bench for Tuesday's game due to the return of Jrue Holiday (personal).

Ziaire Williams
Scores 17 points in return

Williams was given the green light to return Tuesday from a three-game absence due to a left calf contusion. He recorded all 17 of his points in the second half, when he and the other Nets reserves got extended run after being down by as many as 39 points during the loss. Williams' scoring output was his most in a game since Dec. 4 against the Jazz (23 points), and he has scored in double digits in eight of his last 10 outings..

Day'Ron Sharpe
Double-doubles off bench

Sharpe and the rest of the Nets reserves got extended run during the fourth quarter after trailing by as many as 39 points during Tuesday's loss. The fifth-year pro took advantage of the extended playing time, registering his third double-double of the season while finishing as the Nets' second-leading scorer behind Michael Porter (21 points). Sharpe has scored in double digits in two of his last three outings, and over that span he has averaged 14.3 points, 11.3 rebounds, 2.0 assists and 1.0 steals over 21.9 minutes per game.

Michael Porter
Struggles from deep Tuesday

It was an off night from beyond the arc for Porter, and it was the second time this season that he failed to hit a three-pointer on at least nine attempts. Part of those struggles could have been him shaking off the rust following a two-game absence due to personal reasons, but he still managed to lead the Nets in scoring while logging his ninth double-double of the season. Porter has averaged 24.3 points, 7.0 rebounds, 2.7 assists, 3.7 threes and 1.0 steals over 32.9 minutes per game over his last 10 outings.

Luka Doncic
Chips in 24 points vs. Brooklyn

Tuesday was the first time since Dec. 20 that Doncic played less than 30 minutes in a game, though that had to do with the Lakers' building as much as a 39-point cushion, which led to the starters sitting for most of the fourth quarter. He still managed to extend his streak of 24-plus-point games to 19 while finishing as the Lakers' second-leading scorer behind LeBron James (25 points). Doncic has averaged 33.3 points, 8.4 assists, 8.1 rebounds, 4.6 threes and 1.1 steals over 34.7 minutes per game across his last 10 outings.

Austin Reaves
Starts in second half vs. Brooklyn

Reaves wasn't the most efficient from the field during Tuesday's win but did most of his damage from the charity stripe as he led the Lakers' bench in scoring. It was Reaves' first game back since straining his left calf against the Rockets on Christmas Day, and it's worth noting that he was on the floor for the start of the third quarter ahead of Jake LaRavia. It remains to be seen whether Reaves makes his way back into the starting lineup for Thursday's game against the 76ers, though even if he does, he'll likely operate on a minutes restriction as he works his way back to NBA-level conditioning.

LeBron James
Paces Lakers with 25 points

James led the Lakers in both scoring and assists Tuesday and finished with a plus-24 point differential as Los Angeles led by as much as 39 points in a dominant win. He has scored at least 20 points in 15 of 17 games since the new year, and over that span he has averaged 23.5 points, 6.7 assists, 6.4 rebounds, 1.4 threes and 1.3 steals over 33.1 minutes per game while connecting on 51.9 percent of his field-goal attempts.

Daniel Gafford
Returns Tuesday

Gafford appeared to turn his right ankle in the second quarter and didn't start the second half. However, the big man has been cleared to check back in.

Gui Santos
Starting sans Curry

With Stephen Curry (knee) sidelined, Santos will enter the starting five. As a starter this season (four games), the 23-year-old forward has averaged 7.3 points, 7.0 rebounds and 1.0 blocks across 21.8 minutes per game.

Andre Drummond
Starting Tuesday

Drummond was a healthy DNP in the 76ers' 128-113 win over the Clippers on Monday, but he will be in the starting lineup for the second leg of a back-to-back set Tuesday in the absence of Joel Embiid (ankle/knee). Drummond's last start was Jan. 26 against the Hornets, when he logged four points, seven rebounds, one assist, two blocks and one steal over 19 minutes.

Josh Hart
Does not return Tuesday

It's unclear why Hart limped to the locker room with 6:48 remaining in the third quarter, though he finished with four points (1-3 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 1-2 FT), seven rebounds and seven assists across 22 minutes. The veteran swingman's next opportunity to suit up will come Wednesday against the Nuggets.

Jalen Green
Not playing Tuesday

Green has been working through a right hamstring injury for most of the season, but he's also recovering from a left hip contusion that he suffered while taking a hard fall to the court during Saturday's win over the Cavaliers. Jordan Goodwin and Jamaree Bouyea should continue to see an uptick in minutes off the bench for as long as Green is sidelined. Green's next chance to play is Thursday against the Warriors.

Jrue Holiday
Will play Tuesday

Holiday sat out Sunday's loss to Cleveland due to personal reasons, though he'll shed his questionable tag and return to action Tuesday. The veteran point guard has averaged 12.0 points, 5.2 assists and 3.0 rebounds across 22.4 minutes per game in his last five outings. His return will leave fewer minutes available for Caleb Love, Rayan Rupert and Blake Wesley.

Moses Moody
Cleared to play Tuesday

Moody popped up on Monday's injury report due to left knee soreness, but the fifth-year pro has been given the green light to play in Tuesday's contest against Philadelphia. He has scored in double digits in 10 consecutive games, and over that span he has averaged 14.8 points, 3.7 rebounds, 1.3 assists, 3.6 threes and 0.8 steals over 25.3 minutes per game.

Daniel Gafford
Leaves for locker room

Gafford appeared to turn his ankle and stayed down for an extended period before limping to the locker room. It's worth noting that the big man recently missed time due to a right ankle sprain. If he's unable to return, Moussa Cisse and Dwight Powell are expected to handle the center minutes the rest of the way.

Josh Hart
Exits to locker room

Hart limped to the locker room with 6:48 remaining in the third quarter, though it's unclear why. He should be considered questionable to return until more information comes to light.

Mike Conley
Unlikely to stay in Chicago

Conley was part of a three-team deal between the Timberwolves, Bulls and Pistons on Wednesday that saw Jaden Ivey join Conley in Chicago while Dario Saric and Kevin Huerter (back) were sent to Detroit. It appears Conley will not stick around with his new team, and Haynes relays that the veteran point guard and the Bulls "will work on a proper path to move forward." That could mean that Conley is sent to another team before Thursday's trade deadline or is cut by the Bulls, which would allow him to sign with a team in need of backcourt help. Prior to the trade, Conley was averaging 4.4 points, 2.9 assists, 1.8 rebounds and 1.0 threes over 18.5 minutes per game with the Timberwolves.

Mohamed Diawara
Won't return vs. Wizards

Diawara looked to suffer the injury during the first quarter, and while he was spotted on the court trying to warm up ahead of the second half, he's since been shut down for the rest of the night. He can be considered questionable for the second half of his team's back-to-back Wednesday against Denver until further notice.

Derrick Jones
Ready for return

Jones has been cleared for a return after missing the last month with a Grade 2 MCL sprain in his right knee. He was recalled to the NBA club Friday after finishing a rehab stint in the G League and figures to be available off the bench for Wednesday's matchup. Jones is averaging 10.4 points, 2.6 rebounds, 1.2 assists and 1.1 blocks in 17 games so far this season.

Taylor Hendricks
Won't play vs. Kings

Hendricks was dealt from the Jazz to the Grizzlies on Tuesday, so he won't join his new team in time to suit up for Wednesday's game. However, there's a reasonable chance that he'll be ready for his team debut Friday in Portland.

Walter Clayton
Won't play Wednesday

Clayton was involved in the trade that sent Jaren Jackson to the Jazz on Tuesday, and the former will have to wait to make his Grizzlies debut. Clayton's next opportunity to suit up for Memphis will come Friday against the Trail Blazers. The rookie first-rounder averaged 6.8 points, 3.2 assists and 2.0 rebounds across 18.0 minutes per game in 45 regular-season appearances with Utah. He could be in line for an increased workload in Memphis, especially if the club ends up trading Ja Morant (elbow).

Kyle Anderson
Not playing Wednesday

Anderson was traded by the Jazz on Tuesday to the Grizzlies for a return that centered around Jaren Jackson. Anderson spent four years of his NBA career in Memphis, and assuming he isn't shipped again ahead of Thursday's deadline, his next chance to play for the Grizzlies would be Friday against the Trail Blazers.

Scotty Pippen
Unlikely to go Wednesday

This is the first time this season that Pippen has been upgraded to doubtful ahead of a game, so there's reason to believe he's nearing a return to action. While there's a good chance he'll be ruled out prior to Wednesday's matchup, his status will be worth keeping an eye on moving forward.

Darius Garland
Traded to LAC

After spending the first seven-plus years of his career in Cleveland, Garland is set to join the Clippers. The 26-year-old point guard hasn't played since Jan. 14 due to a right great toe sprain, so it's unclear when he'll be available to make his Clippers debut. Over 26 regular-season appearances with the Cavaliers this season, he averaged 18.0 points, 6.9 assists and 2.4 rebounds while shooting 45.1 percent from the field in 30.5 minutes per contest.

Santi Aldama
Iffy for Wednesday

Aldama is in danger of missing a fifth straight game while dealing with a right knee injury. He'll presumably have an opportunity to prove his health in shootaround and warmups before the team provides another update on his status for Wednesday.

James Harden
Shipped to Cleveland

Harden was away from the Clippers for personal reasons for the team's last two games, and Charania and Ramona Shelbourne of ESPN reported Tuesday that the 11-time All-Star formally put in a trade request. A Harden-Garland swap was the speculated move and ultimately came to fruition, which will see Harden pair up with Donovan Mitchell to create a formidable backcourt duo in Cleveland while Garland heads to Los Angeles to join Kawhi Leonard. Harden is unlikely to be available for Wednesday's contest against his former team, so Saturday against the Kings seems to be the likely date for the veteran southpaw's Cavaliers debut.

De'Andre Hunter
Ready for Sacramento debut

Hunter didn't join the team in time to play in Sunday's game against Washington after being traded from the Cavs on Sturday, but he's expected to be on the court for Wednesday's clash. The Virginia product averaged 14.0 points, 4.2 rebounds and 2.1 assists in 43 games this season with Cleveland.

Russell Westbrook
Set to return Wednesday

Westbrook has missed the Kings' last three games while recovering from a right foot contusion, but it appears he has progressed enough to be available for Tuesday's contest, which will likely result in Nique Clifford returning to the bench. Westbrook averaged 17.3 points, 5.9 assists, 4.4 rebounds, 2.3 threes and 1.3 steals over 31.3 minutes per game in January.

Domantas Sabonis
Iffy for Wednesday

Sabonis participated in Tuesday's practice but is still in jeopardy of missing his third consecutive contest due to lower-back soreness. If the big man isn't cleared to play, Maxime Raynaud would likely get the starting nod, while Dylan Cardwell could see an uptick in minutes.

Mohamed Diawara
Picks up ankle injury

Diawara totaled five points, one rebound and one assist in four minutes before going down with the injury. Guerschon Yabusele could pick up more minutes if Diawara is unable to return.

Payton Pritchard
Won't start Tuesday

With Baylor Scheierman entering the starting five, Pritchard will come off the bench for the first time this season. Over his last five outings, the 28-year-old guard has averaged 16.2 points, 4.6 assists and 3.2 rebounds while shooting 44.4 percent from three-point range in 30.6 minutes per contest.

Baylor Scheierman
Starting Tuesday vs. Dallas

Head coach Joe Mazulla is making a change to the starting five after Anfernee Simons was traded to the Bulls earlier in the day, with Scheierman entering the lineup while Payton Pritchard comes off the bench for the first time this season. Scheierman's last start came Friday against the Spurs, when he logged 16 points, five rebounds, one assist and one steal over 31 minutes.

Dennis Schroder
Set for Wednesday debut

Schroder appears ready for his Cleveland debut after being traded by the Kings on Saturday. It remains to be seen how large of a role he'll take on with his new squad, especially with James Harden (personal) uncertain to play Wednesday after being acquired by the Cavaliers on Tuesday in exchange for Darius Garland (toe) and a second-round pick.

Keon Ellis
Not listed on injury report

Ellis was traded to Cleveland on Saturday and is set to make his Cavaliers debut in Los Angeles. The 26-year-old guard averaged 5.6 points, 1.3 rebounds and 1.1 steals across 17.6 minutes per contest over 43 regular-season appearances (five starts) with the Kings this season.

Darius Garland
Not playing Wednesday

Garland will miss a 10th consecutive game Tuesday while recovering from a Grade 1 right big toe sprain. His name has cropped up in trade rumors ahead of Thursday's deadline, but if he were to stay with the Cavaliers, then his next opportunity to play would be Saturday against the Kings.

Caleb Martin
Enters starting lineup

Martin will slot in with the starters Tuesday due to the absence of P.J. Washington (concussion). Martin has averaged 6.7 points, 5.1 rebounds, 3.3 assists, 1.4 steals and 1.0 blocks in his last seven starts.

Amir Coffey
First start of season Tuesday

Coffey has played five minutes or less in four of the Bucks' last five games (including a healthy DNP against the Wizards on Thursday). However, he'll enter the Bucks' starting lineup Tuesday for the first time this season due to the absences of Giannis Antetokounmpo (calf) and Bobby Portis (hip). Coffey's last NBA start was as a member of the Clippers on Feb. 23, 2024, when he logged 14 points, three rebounds and one assist over 26 minutes against the Pacers.

Alex Caruso
Will play Tuesday

Caruso was initially added to the injury report ahead of Tuesday's game as doubtful due to a right adductor strain, but he was later upgraded to questionable and has now been given the green light to run the floor. This will mark his first game action since Jan. 19, so the Thunder may keep a close eye on his workload.

Jaylin Williams
Good to go Tuesday

Williams will shake off his questionable tag due to a left shoulder contusion and play in the first leg of this back-to-back set. The big man has averaged 5.8 points, 4.8 rebounds, 2.6 assists and 1.0 blocks in 20.0 minutes per game over his last 10 outings (four starts).

Isaiah Hartenstein
Will play Tuesday

Hartenstein has played in each of the Thunder's last two games after missing 16 straight outings dating back to late December due to a right calf injury. The veteran big man has been cleared to play in Tuesday's contest, but it remains to be seen whether he'll play in the second leg of the Thunder's back-to-back set Wednesday against the Spurs.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander
Good to go Tuesday

Gilgeous-Alexander was added to the injury report Monday due to a sprained right index finger, but the issue won't prevent him from suiting up Tuesday. The 27-year-old is averaging 32.8 points, 4.8 rebounds, 7.0 assists and 1.0 steals over his last five games.

Chet Holmgren
Available Tuesday

Holmgren will shed his questionable tag due to low back spasms and suit up in the front end of this back-to-back set. Over his last five outings, the star big man has averaged 17.0 points, 9.2 rebounds, 2.8 blocks and 1.8 assists across 30.6 minutes per contest.

Mouhamed Gueye
Back to bench Tuesday

Gueye made his fifth start of the season Saturday during the Hawks 129-124 loss to the Pacers, when he logged 15 points, four rebounds, three steals and one block over 32 minutes. Even with Onyeka Okongwu (mouth) not playing Tuesday, Gueye will revert to a bench role while Christian Koloko enters Atlanta's starting lineup.

Christian Koloko
Will start Tuesday

With Onyeka Okongwu (mouth) still out, Koloko will get the starting nod over Mouhamed Gueye on Tuesday. During his lone start with the Hawks in a loss to Houston on Thursday, Koloko posted six points (3-7 FG, 0-2 3Pt), seven rebounds, two assists, one block and one steal across 26 minutes.

Terance Mann
Retreating to bench

With Michael Porter returning from a two-game absence due to personal reasons, Mann will slide to the second unit. In three outings off the bench so far this season, he has averaged 3.3 points and 1.3 rebounds across 15.0 minutes per contest.

Danny Wolf
Back in bench role

Wolf will retreat to a bench role following the return of Noah Clowney from a back injury. Wolf has struggled to produce off the bench of late, averaging 6.6 points, 4.8 rebounds and 1.4 assists in his last five appearances as a reserve.

Myron Gardner
Slots into starting five

Gardner will make his second start in the last three games. He could be in for a steady diet of minutes Tuesday without the services of Tyler Herro (ribs), Norman Powell (personal) and Andrew Wiggins (hamstring). Gardner fared well in his last start Saturday against Chicago, finishing with 12 points, 11 rebounds and two steals in 23 minutes.

Tre Jones
Available, not expected to play

Jones has missed Chicago's last six games due to a left hamstring strain and will presumably serve as emergency depth Tuesday with Chicago extremely shorthanded. If the 26-year-old guard doesn't see the floor against Milwaukee, his next opportunity to play will come Thursday against the Raptors.

Julian Phillips
Listed out vs. Bucks

Phillips was added to the injury report as questionable after picking up a right wrist sprain, and he's since been ruled out for Tuesday's clash. His absence shouldn't have much of an impact on the rotation considering Chicago's frontcourt is otherwise healthy.

Kyle Filipowski
Jumping into starting lineup

The Jazz have a depleted frontcourt for the interim in the aftermath of Tuesday's Jaren Jackson trade. It's set to be the 17th start of the campaign for Filipowski, who has averaged 14.2 points, 8.9 rebounds, 2.3 assists and 1.0 steals in 29.5 minutes per contest in his last 11 starts.

Jusuf Nurkic
Set for bench role Tuesday

Nurkic was initially ruled out due to rest purposes, but the team later thought better of this decision after a trade depleted the Utah frontcourt. It remains to be seen how much playing time he'll shoulder Tuesday, as it's obvious the club wanted to give him a night off.

Bobby Portis
Won't play Tuesday

Portis is up against a quick turnaround if he wants to return to action Wednesday versus the Pelicans. Pete Nance should be thrust into a more sizable role in the frontcourt Tuesday, with Gary Trent also being an option for increased playing time.

Kam Jones
Starting vs. Utah

The Pacers will be extremely shorthanded in the second leg of this back-to-back set, allowing Jones to step into the starting five for the first time in his young career. The rookie second-rounder has logged double-digit minutes just three times so far this season, during which he has averaged 2.7 points, 2.0 rebounds, 1.7 assists and 1.0 steals in 19.0 minutes per contest.

Ben Sheppard
Joining starting lineup

Aaron Nesmith is resting Tuesday, clearing up a spot in the first unit for Sheppard to claim. Sheppard has averaged 7.8 points, 3.9 rebounds, 2.1 assists and 0.8 steals in 25.6 minutes per contest in 12 starts this year.

Spencer Jones
Sitting out Tuesday

The second-year forward had started each of Denver's last five games, but he'll cede his spot in the lineup to Christian Braun (ankle), who will be making his return from a 12-game absence. Jones won't be available off the bench, either; he's been active for 49 regular-season games on the campaign and can suit up just once more until the Nuggets convert him from a two-way deal to a standard NBA contract.

Austin Reaves
Set for Tuesday return

Reaves will be deployed off the bench in his first game since suffering a calf injury Dec. 25, per Price. The team has also stated that he'll be on a minutes restriction. Expect LA to play it safe with Reaves in his first few games back considering his lengthy absence from game action.

Jarace Walker
Entering first unit

With Pascal Siakam catching a breather, Walker is joining the first unit and should see considerable usage. Walker has averaged 15.6 points, 5.2 rebounds, 2.4 assists and 1.6 steals in 26.9 minutes per tilt over his last five games as a starter.

Marvin Bagley
Not starting Tuesday

Alex Sarr is back in the lineup following a one-game absence due to calf soreness, pushing Bagley to the second unit. The 26-year-old big man has averaged 9.0 points, 5.0 rebounds and 1.3 assists across 17.3 minutes per game over 29 appearances off the bench so far this season.

Jalen Smith
Cleared to play

Smith's availability was in question due to cramping in his right calf, but he's been given the green light to take the court Tuesday. He's expected to be held around the 20-minute mark, but that could change depending on how he feels at halftime, per K.C. Johnson of Chicago Sports Network. Smith is averaging 13.6 points and 7.2 rebounds in his previous five appearances.

Tre Jones
Questionable Tuesday

It sounds like Jones is ahead of schedule in his recovery and has a chance to end a six-game absence Tuesday. That said, the guard could have a minutes restriction if he's ultimately cleared to play.

Kevin Porter
Nearing return to action

Porter is set to miss his sixth consecutive contest Tuesday due to a right oblique strain, though he appears to be nearing a return to action. The 25-year-old guard's eventual return will leave fewer minutes available for the likes of Gary Trent and Cole Anthony. Over eight January appearances (seven starts), Porter averaged 13.0 points, 7.4 assists, 4.6 rebounds and 1.9 steals in 34.1 minutes per tilt.

Bobby Portis
Not expected to play Tuesday

Portis is officially listed as questionable on the team's injury report, but it seems he's trending in the wrong direction. The team should have the final word on his availability shortly.

Brandon Williams
Ruled out Tuesday

As expected, Williams will miss his first game since Jan. 12 due to a lower right leg contusion. Jaden Hardy and Ryan Nembhard are candidates for increased playing time due to Williams being sidelined. His next opportunity to play will come Thursday against the Spurs.

D'Angelo Russell
Unavailable Tuesday

Russell has been downgraded to out after falling ill. His absence shouldn't have much of an impact on the Mavericks' rotation Tuesday evening.

Dorian Finney-Smith
Sitting out Wednesday

The expectation is that the veteran forward will be ready to go for Thursday's tilt against the Hornets. Josh Okogie and Clint Capela should help fill out the frontcourt minutes Wednesday.

Kevin Durant
Probable for Wednesday

Durant was held out of Monday's matchup against the Pacers due to a left ankle sprain, but he appears on track to return in time for Wednesday's clash. Expect confirmation on his availability closer to tipoff.

Kristaps Porzingis
Late scratch with illness

The Hawks had cleared Porzingis to return from a three-week absence due to left Achilles tendinitis earlier Tuesday, but now the star big man is battling an illness. His next chance to play comes Thursday against Utah. With Onyeka Okongwu (mouth) ruled out, Mouhamed Gueye is worth streaming in most fantasy leagues and Christian Koloko in deeper formats.

Christian Braun
Available Tuesday

Braun will shed his questionable tag and return from a 12-game absence due to a left ankle sprain. However, it wouldn't be surprising if the fourth-year wing operates under a minutes restriction after the extended absence. Braun appeared in just three games in January, during which he averaged 2.7 points and 3.7 rebounds across 26.3 minutes per game following a 23-game absence due to the same ankle injury.

Norman Powell
Won't go Tuesday

As anticipated, Powell will miss a third consecutive matchup while attending to a personal matter. His next chance to return to the hardwood will arrive Friday in Boston.

Micah Potter
Won't go Tuesday

Potter will miss the second leg of this back-to-back set due to a left hip contusion, and his next opportunity to play will come Friday versus Milwaukee. With the Pacers extremely shorthanded Tuesday, Jay Huff, Jarace Walker and Johnny Furphy are candidates to see increased playing time due to Potter being sidelined.

Kevin Love
Officially out

Love was added to the injury report as doubtful due to an illness, and he's since been downgraded to out. Kyle Filipowski and Brice Sensabaugh could pick up a few additional minutes in the frontcourt in Love's absence.

Jeremy Sochan
Ruled out for Wednesday

Sochan will miss a fourth consecutive contest due to a left quadriceps strain. The fourth-year forward's absence shouldn't affect the San Antonio rotation, though his next opportunity to suit up will come Thursday against the Mavericks.

Lindy Waters
Ruled out for Wednesday

Waters faces a short turnaround if he wants to be available for Thursday's tilt in Dallas. However, the forward has totaled a mere 14 minutes across his last four appearances, so Waters' absence doesn't appear to shake up the San Antonio frontcourt mix.

Stephon Castle
Iffy for Wednesday

Castle is in danger of missing a second straight game due to left adductor tightness. The Spurs should have a better idea of whether he'll go closer to Wednesday's tipoff at 9:30 p.m. ET.

Andrew Wiggins
Listed as out Tuesday

After being a late addition to the injury report, Wiggins has been downgraded from questionable to out Tuesday. Friday's matchup in Boston marks the veteran forward's next chance to play. With Norman Powell (personal) doubtful, Nikola Jovic and Jaime Jaquez are both in line to handle an expanded role against Atlanta.

Julius Randle
Questionable for Wednesday

Randle was also listed as questionable ahead of Monday's loss to Memphis due to left thumb soreness, though he was ultimately cleared to play. If he's unable to suit up Wednesday, Naz Reid would likely join the starting five, while Leonard Miller could enter the rotation.

Terrence Shannon
Ruled out for Wednesday

Shannon is still on the mend after suffering a left foot strain at the end of December. His next chance to suit up will arrive Friday against New Orleans.

Anthony Edwards
Game-time call for Wednesday

Edwards dropped 39 points in his last appearance Monday against the Grizzlies but evidently picked up a minor elbow injury along the way. The team should have a better idea of his availability closer to tipoff.

Keegan Murray
To miss at least two more weeks

Murray has been cleared to resume on-court activities amidst his recovery from a left ankle sprain. However, the timetable for his return now appears likely to put him out of action until sometime after the mid-February All-Star break. Until De'Andre Hunter is ready to make his Kings debut, Malik Monk and Nique Clifford should both continue to occupy a sizable role in the rotation.

Joel Embiid
Sitting out Tuesday

This was a likely decision by the 76ers, considering Tuesday is the second half of a back-to-back set. The expectation is that Embiid will return to the lineup for Thursday's showdown against the Lakers. With the superstar big man sitting out against Golden State, Andre Drummond makes sense as a plug-and-play fantasy option as the likely starter at center.

Scoot Henderson
Ruled out Tuesday

Henderson's season debut has to wait at least one more contest, but he's been ramping up at practice and appears close to suiting up. His next chance to return from a torn hamstring will be during Friday's meeting with the Grizzlies. Henderson's absence should allow Caleb Love to maintain streaming appeal for another game.

Deni Avdija
Confirmed out for Tuesday

No surprise here, as Avdija was previously labeled as doubtful. With Portland's star forward likely to miss his second straight game, more minutes will be available for guys like Sidy Cissoko, Jerami Grant and Robert Williams. Avdija's next chance to play will come Friday against Memphis.

Anfernee Simons
Moving to Chicago

After acquiring Jaden Ivey and Mike Conley earlier Tuesday, Chicago continues to bolster its now crowded backcourt group. The Bulls' additions do make it difficult to project how much playing time each member of the backcourt will receive, as Simons now seems to have even more of an uphill climb for minutes. Simons averaged 16.9 points, 2.7 rebounds, 1.8 assists, 1.0 steals and 3.1 three-pointers in 26.6 minutes per contest in his last 10 games with Boston.

Nikola Vucevic
Traded to Boston

The Celtics have been linked to several centers around the NBA, and they finally found their guy. Vucevic and Simons are both on expiring contracts, making this an easy sell for both clubs. Vucevic will likely supplant Neemias Queta in the starting lineup in Boston, but he may see less usage with his new squad. Vucevic can be considered questionable to debut against the Rockets on Wednesday, as Tuesday's game against Dallas is out of the question.

Russell Westbrook
Full practice participant

Westbrook's activity bodes well for his chances of playing Wednesday against the Grizzlies. The veteran guard has missed three consecutive games due to a right foot contusion, and the Kings will offer an official status for Westbrook ahead of Wednesday's action.

Domantas Sabonis
Returns to practice

Sabonis, who has missed the past two games for the Kings, is trending in the right direction. His status for Wednesday against Memphis will be known Tuesday evening when the Kings release their official injury report. If Sabonis is unable to play, the team will likely continue to lean on Maxime Raynaud and Dylan Cardwell.

Jusuf Nurkic
Suiting up after all

The Jazz initially ruled Nurkic out for rest purposes, but it makes sense that the veteran big man is now suiting up after Utah lost several members of its frontcourt in Tuesday's Jaren Jackson trade. Nurkic has been on a tear when healthy, averaging 16.5 points, 11.5 rebounds, 6.5 assists and 1.1 steals in 30.7 minutes per tilt in his last 13 games.

Dario Saric
Now heading to Detroit

Saric had just joined the Bulls this past weekend following a trade from the Kings, but now he won't have a chance to make his Bulls debut. The veteran big man last appeared for Sacramento on Dec. 20, so it's unlikely the Pistons have a meaningful role in mind for Saric upon his arrival.

Mike Conley
Flipped to Chicago

Father Time caught up to Conley in Minnesota, and the club will go in a different direction. The Bulls have a crowded backcourt, and it's hard to imagine Conley playing more than a minimal role as things currently stand. If the Bulls end up moving Coby White or other pieces, maybe that changes. Conley can be considered questionable to debut Thursday against Toronto.

Kevin Huerter
Joining Pistons in three-team deal

Huerter could play a significant role in Detroit. With Ronald Holland, Javonte Green and Caris LeVert all healthy, however, there's plenty of competition for playing time on the wing. Huerter has averaged 8.5 points, 4.6 rebounds, 3.9 assists and 1.6 three-pointers in 22.2 minutes per tilt in his last eight games.

Jaden Ivey
Traded to Chicago

Ivey has been in the rumor mill for months as he became expendable in Detroit's backcourt. It didn't help his case that he missed a lot of time with injuries in recent seasons. Ivey will get a fresh start in Chicago, but unless the team moves Coby White, Ivey won't be considered likely to start in the backcourt with Josh Giddey (hamstring) running the point. Ivey is questionable to debut against the Raptors on Thursday.

Bronny James
Available Tuesday

James is set to be available off the bench Tuesday. However, his presence doesn't appear to impact the Lakers' rotation in a significant way.

Andrew Wiggins
Questionable for Tuesday

Wiggins was a very late addition to the injury report, which is usually not a great sign in fantasy hoops. The Heat are already very shorthanded Tuesday, and if Wiggins can't go, the Heat could give Kel'el Ware another extended look alongside Bam Adebayo.

Georges Niang
Traded to Memphis

Niang continues to recover from offseason foot surgery, which prevented him from making his season debut with Utah. The forward remains without a clear timeline for a return, so it's difficult to envision how Niang's presence might affect the Memphis rotation until he finally takes the floor in 2025-26.

Chris Boucher
Won't play Tuesday

This news is unlikely to impact fantasy hoops, as Boucher has been unable to crack Boston's rotation in recent weeks.

John Konchar
Moving to Utah

Konchar will battle with Svi Mykhailiuk, Brice Sensabaugh and others for reserve minutes at the wing positions for Utah. The 6-foot-5 back-up ends his time in Memphis after six-and-a-half seasons and 337 games during which he averaged 4.1 points, 0.8 steals and 0.6 three-pointers over 17 minutes per contest. He's been battling a minor neck injury before the trade and can be considered questionable for Thursday's game in Atlanta while the trade finalizes.

Kyle Anderson
Returning to Memphis

Provided the veteran forward stays put, it's set to be his second stint with the Grizzlies. Anderson offers some depth to a Memphis frontcourt that's now thinned out, though his role going forward remains unclear. Over his last 11 outings, Anderson has averaged 7.5 points, 3.9 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 0.9 steals in 21.8 minutes per game. He can be considered questionable for Wednesday's game in Sacramento while the trade finalizes.

Taylor Hendricks
Traded to Memphis

Hendricks is a young forward with upside that the Grizzlies will now look forward to developing as they embark on a full rebuild. Hendricks was used sparingly by the Jazz as a reserve stuck behind Lauri Markkanen. Across 33 games, he averaged 4.9 points and 3.0 rebounds in 14.9 minutes per contest. With Memphis' limited frontcourt depth, Hendricks is immediately on the fantasy radar in deeper formats. He can be considered questionable for Wednesday's game against the Kings.

Walter Clayton
Traded to Memphis

Clayton, the No. 18 overall pick in the 2025 NBA Draft, was one of the centerpieces of this trade. With the Grizzlies going all-in on their rebuild, Clayton has an exciting opportunity ahead of him to carve out a major role in Memphis, especially if the team ends up moving Ja Morant (elbow) as well. In 45 appearances with the Jazz, Clayton averaged 6.8 points, 3.2 assists, 2.0 rebounds and 0.5 steals in 18.0 minutes per contest. The rookie is questionable to make his debut Wednesday against the Kings.

Vince Williams
Shipped to Utah

Williams opened the season injured but had stepped into a more prominent role as of late, and he'll now be competing for minutes on the wing with Cody Williams and Brice Sensabaugh in Utah. Over his last six contests, Williams has averaged 10.0 points, 3.8 rebounds, 3.5 assists and 1.0 steals in 21.8 minutes per game. He can be considered questionable for Thursday's game in Atlanta while the trade finalizes.

Jock Landale
Heading to Utah

For the time being, the Jazz now have a logjam at center that also includes Jusuf Nurkic and Kyle Filipowski. Utah's other potential moves ahead of the trade deadline remain to be seen, but it appears Landale has plenty of competition for playing time, which could have a negative impact on his fantasy value. He can be considered questionable for Thursday's game in Atlanta while the trade finalizes.

Jaren Jackson
Traded to Utah

The Grizzlies are going all-in on a rebuild with this move. It's a surprise to see Jackson moved before Ja Morant, but the Jazz clearly met the high asking price with this haul of young talent and draft capital. Jackson was in the midst of a frustrating season in Memphis, but now the former Defensive Player of the Year will get a chance to rejuvenate himself with a fresh start. He figures to be the new face of the Jazz and becomes an intriguing pairing with Lauri Markkanen in the frontcourt. Jackson's debut with the Jazz likely won't come until Thursday against the Hawks at the earliest.

Jaylen Wells
Another double-digit scoring effort

Wells continues to handle a significant role on the wing for the Grizzlies. The second-year swingman has scored in double digits in seven of his last eight outings, during which Wells has averaged 12.5 points, 3.5 rebounds, 1.3 assists, 0.8 steals and 1.8 three-pointers in 25.2 minutes per game.

Brook Lopez
Chips in 13 points off bench

Lopez continues to provide some value in deep category-driven leagues, but his upside is capped as long as Ivica Zubac is healthy at center. Over his last six appearances, Lopez has averaged 8.0 points, 2.5 rebounds, 1.3 assists, 1.0 blocks and 1.7 three-pointers in 18.4 minutes per game.

VJ Edgecombe
Continues to struggle with shot

It was a miserable shooting night for Edgecombe, who's experiencing a cold snap of late. The 2025 first-rounder is shooting just 37.5 percent from the floor over his last seven games, during which Edgecombe has averaged 9.9 points, 5.0 rebounds, 4.4 assists and 1.6 steals in 34.1 minutes per game.

Kris Dunn
Another quiet scoring effort

The absence of James Harden (personal) didn't translate into a noticeable boost in usage for Dunn on Monday. Dunn remains strictly a fantasy streamer for swipes, averaging 6.1 points, 3.6 assists, 3.0 rebounds and 1.1 steals in 26.0 minutes per tilt in his last seven games.

Brandon Williams
Downgraded to doubtful

After being listed as questionable, Williams is now unlikely to play Tuesday. Ryan Nembhard could now see enough playing time at point guard to work his way into the streaming mix in deeper fantasy leagues.

Alex Caruso
Upgraded to questionable

The Thunder have upgraded Caruso from doubtful to questionable, signaling that the swingman has a real chance to end a seven-game absence. Caruso's return would slightly cut into the minutes of Aaron Wiggins and Luguentz Dort on the wing.

D'Angelo Russell
Doubtful for Tuesday

This news is unlikely to have a major impact in fantasy hoops, as Russell hasn't seen rotation minutes for Dallas since Jan. 10. He'll be a name to watch at the trade deadline.

Amen Thompson
Plays well in win

Thompson secured his 10th double-double of the campaign as the Rockets improved to 31-17 on the season. The forward has produced third-round value in nine-category formats over his last eight games with 15.9 points, 8.3 rebounds, 7.6 assists, 2.1 steals and 1.1 blocks.

Ryan Kalkbrenner
Fares well off bench

Moussa Diabate, who has been on a heater for several weeks, finally cooled off with a dud in 28 minutes Monday. Kalkbrenner does have upside if he can get his minutes back into the 20s, making him worth watching closely in the coming days.

Derik Queen
Strong showing in loss

This was a terrific showing for the rookie as he continues to be a bright spot for the club. Although the Pelicans do not have their first-round pick this season, the team may end up being sellers at the trade deadline. If they unload a player or two, Queen could potentially see a bump in usage.

Micah Potter
Listed as questionable

Potter is at risk of sitting out the second half of Indiana's back-to-back set. The 27-year-old big man could play a significant role if he's able to suit up Tuesday, given that the Pacers are down four members of their starting lineup.

Bennedict Mathurin
Sitting out Tuesday

Mathurin is joining three other Pacers starters as a spectator for rest purposes Tuesday. The expectation is that the swingman will return to action Friday in Milwaukee. With Indiana missing so many key players, Ben Sheppard and Johnny Furphy appear to be strong streaming options in the backcourt.

T.J. McConnell
Won't play Tuesday

The Pacers are sitting out several key players for the second leg of this back-to-back set. This could become a trend for the team down the stretch. With Andrew Nembhard also resting, guys like Kam Jones and Quenton Jackson could be heavily involved for Indiana.

Aaron Nesmith
Won't play Tuesday

Nesmith will be held out for the second leg of this back-to-back set, along with several other key players for Indiana. Players such as Johnny Furphy and Ben Sheppard could see heavy run as a result.

Kristaps Porzingis
Upgraded to available

Porzingis is ready to return from a three-week absence with left Achilles tendinitis. Given the lengthy stay on the sidelines, the star big man is likely to face a minutes restriction Tuesday. Porzingis has averaged 13.4 points, 3.2 rebounds, 1.4 assists and 2.2 three-pointers in 19.4 minutes per game over his last five appearances.

Andrew Nembhard
Sitting out Tuesday

Nembhard is one of several Pacers who will get a maintenance day for the second leg of this back-to-back set. With T.J. McConnell also getting a night off, a lot of minutes will be up for grabs for players such as Kam Jones and Quenton Jackson.

Pascal Siakam
Will rest Tuesday

Tuesday's game is the second leg of a back-to-back set for Indiana, and the Pacers will rest multiple key players as a result. With Siakam sidelined, this could mean a lot of minutes for a player such as Jarace Walker and maybe Johnny Furphy.

Zion Williamson
Double-doubles in loss

Williamson picked up his fifth double-double of the campaign Monday, but the Pelicans still dropped to 13-39 on the season. Williamson has been pretty underwhelming over his last seven games, posting averages of 17.0 points, 8.4 rebounds, 2.9 assists and 1.0 blocks in 29.8 minutes per contest.

Herbert Jones
Hits season-high four treys in loss

Jones cashed in a season-high four triples Monday after failing to eclipse more than one in a game since returning from his ankle injury. While he has not shot the ball well from beyond the arc recently, converting just 18.2 percent of his three-point attempts in the five games prior, Jones' performance Monday can be an encouraging sign that he may be getting back on track in terms of his efficiency.

Nikola Jovic
Good to go Tuesday

Jovic will be returning from a one-game absence. With Kel'el Ware coming off a strong showing, it will be interesting to see how the frontcourt rotation shapes up Tuesday.

Jaelen House
Adds 26-point double-double in win

House led all bench players in points and assists, recording his second double-double of the season (his first being the game prior). In addition to operating as a playmaker, House has also been active as a scorer, dropping at least 25 points in each of his last three appearances.

Zach Freemantle
Goes for 26 points in 30 minutes

Freemantle bounced back from a three-game skid totaling just 14 points to reach his third-highest scoring total of the season. Although he has been very cold from beyond the arc, converting just one of his last 13 attempts over his last four contests, his 26 points Monday could be a step in the right direction towards more consistent scoring.

Norman Powell
Doubtful for Tuesday

Powell was previously considered questionable, but he's on track to miss his third straight game. In the meantime, the Heat will likely continue to lean more on Pelle Larsson, who has had an impressive stretch of play recently.

Kyrie Irving
Unlikely to play before break

Irving has yet to resume practicing while he continues to work his way through the rehab process for a torn ACL in his left knee, which he had surgically repaired March 26. While he said that Irving had "no timeline" for a return, Kidd didn't provide many details regarding where the veteran point guard stands in his recovery beyond relaying that he's "in good spirits" and "feels great." Kidd also added that the 19-30 Mavericks' position in the standings won't dictate Irving's timeline, instead noting that Irving will be back in action once he's physically and mentally ready. If Irving is able to make a late-season return, he'll likely be subject to heavy restrictions with his minutes, and his presence would presumably result in star rookie Cooper Flagg seeing more time off the ball.

Patrick Baldwin
Drops 26 points in G League win

Baldwin tied the team lead in scoring and has now dropped at least 26 points in each of his last three games. He continues to operate as the team's number one option on offense, averaging 21.4 points, 6.8 rebounds, 2.9 assists, 1.6 steals, 0.7 blocks and 1.8 threes across 33.5 minutes.

Caris LeVert
Available to play

After missing the past seven games for Detroit, LeVert finally has the green light to return. Detroit's wing rotation is crowded, and it will be interesting to see how the minutes are distributed following Tuesday's trade.

Javonte Smart
Drops 21 points with 10 dimes

Smart followed up his 27-point performance off the bench against the Westchester Knicks with a 21-point double-double in his first G League start. He has now hit multiple three-pointers in all but one of his last seven appearances and has drained 10 threes in his last two games.

Bobby Portis
Iffy for Tuesday

This is a new issue for Portis, and it's not a good sign for his availability that he's being added to the injury report this late. Plus, this game is the front end of a back-to-back set. If Portis is unable to give it a go, the Bucks could lean more on Kyle Kuzma and Pete Nance.

Alex Morales
Drops team-high 28 points in win

Morales led the team in scoring and tied his second-highest points total of the season. He has been on quite a tear recently, totaling 78 points over his last three appearances, and he has extended his streak of hitting multiple threes to five.

Anthony Gill
Available to play

Gill was able to shake off his questionable tag for this contest. He saw a big workload in his most recent outing, but he finished scoreless in 27 minutes against the Kings on Sunday.

Reece Beekman
Out Monday with shoulder injury

Beekman appears to have suffered a left shoulder injury during or after the team's matchup with Westchester, and this issue was serious enough to hold him out of Monday's contest against South Bay. His next opportunity to suit up would be Wednesday against the Noblesville Boom.

Arthur Kaluma
Adds 23 points off bench in loss

Kaluma stuffed the stat sheet and led all bench scorers with 23 points Monday, bouncing back from a two-game stretch scoring 17 combined points. Kaluma operates as one of South Bay's main contributors among the second unit, averaging 13.1 points, 4.2 rebounds, 0.9 assists, 0.9 steals, 0.6 blocks and 2.0 threes on a staggering 47.6 percent clip across 20.7 minutes.

Kobe Bufkin
Pops for 36 points and seven treys

Bufkin hit a season-high seven triples and shot efficiently from the field. While he has shown to be a streaky shooter at times, he has converted 20 of his last 30 field-goal attempts (66.7 percent) and nine of his last 15 three-point attempts (60.0 percent) over his last two games.

Ziaire Williams
Cleared to play Tuesday

Williams was previously carrying a probable tag, but he now has the green light to return following a three-game absence. The forward has averaged 10.8 points, 3.3 rebounds and 1.3 assists in 25.1 minutes over his last four appearances.

Noah Clowney
Good to go Tuesday

Clowney is all set to return from a five-game absence. Given the lengthy rehab stint, he may face restrictions in his first game back. With this news, Danny Wolf is likely to retreat to the bench.

Malachi Smith
Flirts with triple-double in win

Smith was just three rebounds and two assists shy of a triple-double, which would have been his first of the season. In addition to scoring at an efficient rate, he has also been very active as a playmaker recently, dishing out at least eight assists in three of his last four appearances.

Tyson Etienne
Drops 27 points with seven triples

Etienne has been very active from beyond the arc recently, hitting 16 three-pointers in his last three games. He has also totaled at least 15 points in all but one of his last seven contests, showing his willingness to score.

Chris Boucher
Iffy for Tuesday

Boucher has mostly been out of Boston's rotation, so his availability will not make a big impact in fantasy hoops. Boucher is also a trade candidate to monitor ahead of the deadline.

Moses Brown
Double-doubles with 17 rebounds

Brown's 10 defensive rebounds Monday marked his season high, and he has reached the double-digit mark in boards in six of his last nine games. In 25 G League appearances, Brown is averaging 17.9 points, 10.0 rebounds, 0.6 assists, 0.6 steals and 1.4 blocks across 22.8 minutes.

James Akinjo
Logs 29 minutes in return

Akinjo has been out for about three weeks due to a wrist injury but returned Monday and was able to play 29 minutes off the bench. While he did not shoot particularly well, missing all three of his attempts beyond the arc, he remained active as a rebounder and a playmaker and will eventually be able to shake off the rust.

D'Angelo Russell
Iffy for Tuesday

Despite being active, Russell hasn't seen the floor since Jan. 10, so his status is irrelevant for fantasy hoops. He'll be a name to watch at the trade deadline.

Caleb Houstan
Adds 22 points and five triples

Houstan bounced back from his eight-point performance Saturday against San Diego, knocking down five threes en route to 22 points. While Houstan has been a relatively consistent scorer, averaging 15.9 points on the season, he has been very streaky from beyond the arc, converting eight of 28 three-point attempts (28.6 percent) in the three games prior to Monday.

MJ Walker
Out Monday with hip injury

Walker appears to have suffered an injury to his right hip during or after the team's matchup with San Diego on Saturday, and this injury was serious enough to hold him out of Monday's contest. He can be considered questionable for Wednesday's rematch with College Park until more information is released.

Riley Minix
Goes for 27-point double-double

Minix seemed to do it all Monday, stuffing the stat sheet and logging his season high in steals. He also recorded his second double-double and first with the Charge. While he has played just seven games with Cleveland after coming over from the Spurs, he seems to have settled in nicely, averaging 17.4 points, 6.4 rebounds, 1.9 assists, 1.7 steals, 0.7 blocks and 2.3 threes on a 44.4 percent clip across 30.1 minutes.

Norchad Omier
Monster double-double in win

Omier has now grabbed at least 10 defensive rebounds in each of his last three contests and extends his impressive double-double streak to 16. While he has not made a three-pointer since Jan. 22, missing his last seven attempts, Omier has displayed dominance in the post and on the glass all season.

Killian Hayes
One assist shy of double-double

While Hayes shot the ball well from the field, he has struggled from beyond the arc, making just one of his last 15 attempts (6.7 percent) spanning over three games. While Hayes is averaging 23.6 points and 8.1 assists on the season, he is also shooting an uninspiring 30.2 percent from three.

Micah Peavy
Falls out of rotation

With interim head coach James Borrego trimming the rotation down to nine Monday, Peavy found himself as the odd man out. The rookie second-round pick had appeared in each of the Pelicans' previous seven games but didn't make a strong case for retaining a regular role on the second unit, as he averaged just 4.9 points, 2.0 rebounds, 1.1 steals and 1.0 assists in 15.9 minutes per contest while shooting 38.9 percent from the field and 30 percent from three-point range over that stretch.

PJ Hall
Double-doubles in G League win

Hall has been very efficient as the team's center, double-doubling in all but one of his last five games. In 15 G League appearances, Hall is averaging 15.1 points, 9.8 rebounds, 2.5 assists, 0.5 steals and 1.7 blocks across 27.6 minutes.

Kevin Love
Doubtful for Tuesday

Love was a late addition to the injury report, and it sounds like the Jazz will keep him out to be safe. Kyle Anderson (illness) is questionable, so the Jazz could turn to Kyle Filipowski and Taylor Hendricks on Tuesday.

Kyle Anderson
Questionable with illness

Anderson was a late addition to the injury report, presumably after waking up under the weather. Additionally, Kevin Love (illness) is now doubtful for this contest. With this news, more minutes could be open for Kyle Filipowski and Taylor Hendricks.

Kevin Knox
Goes for 27 points in loss

Knox led all scorers, but the Bulls still lost to the Swarm by 23 points. Despite the loss, Knox has been on quite the scoring tear recently, dropping at least 21 points in all but one of his last ten games while draining 3.1 threes on a blistering 43.1 percent clip on the season.

Bobi Klintman
Assigned to G League

Klintman has split time between the Pistons and their G League affiliate all season but has only registered major playing time with the latter. In 13 G League appearances, Klintman is averaging 13.9 points, 5.3 rebounds, 2.1 assists, 1.7 steals, 0.3 blocks and 2.2 threes across 23.3 minutes.

Chaz Lanier
Assigned to G League

Lanier has played just nine total minutes since Jan. 10 for the Pistons, and he will now return to the Motor City Cruise. In 11 G League appearances, Lanier is averaging 18.7 points, 2.8 rebounds, 1.5 assists, 0.6 steals, 0.3 blocks and 3.5 threes across 32.9 minutes.

James Harden
Puts in trade request

Harden missed a second game in a row in Monday's loss to the 76ers while tending to a personal matter, with head coach Tyronn Lue noting prior to the contest that the 36-year-old had returned to his home in Phoenix. Lue didn't elaborate further on any trade discussions pertaining to Harden, but Charania notes that the 11-time All-Star and the Clippers are both aligned in conversations to find him a new home if a "mutually beneficial" offer comes through. Harden re-signed with the Clippers over the summer on what was effectively a one-year deal, as the second season is a $42.32 million player option that's only partially guaranteed. Charania adds that the Cavaliers have emerged as a potential suitor for Harden, with the two sides discussing a swap that would send point guard Darius Garland to Los Angeles. Expect Harden to remain out for the Clippers' next game Wednesday against the Cavaliers, while trade talks remain ongoing.

Kobe Sanders
Hits for 17 points in spot start

Sanders figures to be a risk-reward option off the waiver wire in the coming days, as the rumor mill regarding a James Harden (personal) trade continues to churn. Sanders and Jordan Miller are top beneficiaries if the trade comes to pass, but the 2025 second-round pick seems to have a slight edge over Miller for the gig at present.

Jordan Miller
Apt fill-in from bench

If James Harden's (personal) trade comes to pass, it'll be an interesting race between Miller and Kobe Sanders for Harden's spot in the starting lineup. Both players are equally capable, but Sanders seems to be the preferred choice for now. At 6-foot-8, Sanders provides more size in the backcourt, but Miller's skill set fits the role a bit better. He outplayed Sanders during Monday's loss, and the third-year pro certainly deserves some attention on the waiver wire in deeper leagues.

Kawhi Leonard
Leads team without Harden in lineup

Leonard held the team together with an excellent point total, a trend that's expected to continue given the recent news out of Los Angeles. James Harden (personal) wants a ring before he retires and is reportedly seeking a trade before the deadline. While Leonard is the more productive player by a wide margin, the potential loss of Harden would significantly hurt the team's chances of reaching the playoffs. The Clippers could get a quality player in exchange, but the pressure will be on Leonard to stay productive.

Kelly Oubre
Solid with 15 points

Oubre is expected to be the prime beneficiary of Paul George's (suspension) absence, and the former has kicked off the stint with a pair of decent totals. The 11-year pro is averaging 14.2 points, 4.6 rebounds, 1.4 assists, and 1.1 steals this season, but those numbers are likely to rise over the next month.

Joel Embiid
Logs 24 points during win

Although Embiid didn't come close to matching his 40-point tour de force against the Pelicans, he displayed defensive mettle and kept Ivica Zubac in check. When healthy, Embiid has been a scoring behemoth in recent weeks, registering 30-plus points in six of his last 10 games.

Tyrese Maxey
Scores team-high 29 points

Maxey matched his best showing of the season beyond the arc with seven three-pointers during the decisive victory. He shot a solid 50 percent from the floor in the contest, bouncing back after an uncharacteristically low 18 points in his previous game versus the Pelicans.
