Fantasy News

Julius Randle
Paces Minnesota in win

Randle tied the game-high mark in points and was one of six Minnesota players to reach double figures. The star forward has scored at least 30 points in three of his last four appearances, and he's averaging 27.2 points while shooting 56.4 percent from the field in 34.8 minute per contest across six regular-season appearances. With Anthony Edwards (hamstring) expected to miss an extended period, Randle will likely continue to shoulder an increased offensive workload.

Miles Bridges
Drops 30 points against MIN

Bridges set a season high in points Saturday, and he made six three-pointers in a game for the first time since March of 2024. The veteran wing has now logged at least eight rebounds in three of six games played, and he's yet to score fewer than 16 points in a game this season. No other Hornets player eclipsed 20 points Saturday night.

Isaiah Livers
Unlikely to face Spurs

Livers suffered a hip contusion during Friday's game against Utah and didn't return to the contest after sustaining the injury. If Livers winds up sitting out Sunday, look for Rasheer Fleming or Nigel Hayes-Davis to see an uptick in minutes

Daniel Gafford
Will be limited Saturday

Gafford will make his season debut after dealing with a sprained right ankle. However, the Mavericks will ease him back into action. With Gafford on a minutes restriction and both Anthony Davis (calf) and Dereck Lively (knee) sidelined, Dwight Powell will likely see a bump in minutes.

D'Angelo Russell
Good to go

Russell was termed questionable leading up to Saturday's contest due to a bruised left knee. However, the veteran point guard will suit up and likely be one of the Mavericks' top bench options once again. In his last three appearances, Russell has averaged 15.7 points, 7.0 assists, 3.0 rebounds and 1.3 steals across 26.3 minutes. He came off the bench in all three outings.

Jalen Green
Won't debut Sunday

Although he's not ready to make his season debut Sunday, Green is getting closer to a return -- he participated in some 5-on-5 work prior to Saturday's practice. Green's next chance to play comes Tuesday against Golden State.

Dillon Brooks
Out again Sunday

This will be the fourth game in a row on the shelf for Brooks, though he's considered day-to-day for the time being. Royce O'Neale and Ryan Dunn are likely to continue to soak up a ton of minutes at the forward spots for Phoenix in Brooks' absence.

Jarace Walker
Returns vs. Golden State

Walker checked out with 3:48 remaining in the opening quarter and was deemed questionable to return due to left foot soreness. However, the 22-year-old forward appears good to go for the remainder of the game.

Domantas Sabonis
Leads Kings with 24 points

Sabonis was one of four Kings to produce at least 20 points as the franchise improved to 4-2 on the season. After missing Opening Night with a hamstring issue, Sabonis has since double-doubled in five straight contests with averages of 14.8 points, 13.6 rebounds, 3.8 assists and 1.2 steals.

Giannis Antetokounmpo
Double-doubles in loss

While his 26-point performance marked a season low, Antetokounmpo still led Milwaukee in scoring, albeit in a losing effort. The two-time MVP stuffed the stat sheet en route to his fourth double-double across five regular-season appearances, grabbing a team-high 11 boards. The superstar also tied Ryan Rollins for the team-best mark in assists and has dished out at least seven in four consecutive outings.

Jarace Walker
Questionable to return

The last thing the Pacers need is another injury, so this is something to monitor closely. Walker left this game after logging eight minutes, and if he's unable to return, the Pacers could turn to Johhny Furphy, Ben Sheppard and Jeremiah Robinson-Earl.

Deandre Ayton
Probable for Sunday

Ayton experienced back spasms during Friday's win over the Grizzlies and didn't return. According to Khobi Price of The Orange County Register, head coach JJ Redick said the big man was available to check back in but was held out as a precaution. Over six regular-season games, Ayton has averaged 14.8 points, 7.8 rebounds and 1.2 assists in 31.5 minutes per contest.

Trae Young
Re-evaluated in four weeks

An MRI taken on Young's right knee revealed a sprained MCL. Charania notes that Young "dodged major structural damage," but the Hawks will have to play without their franchise point guard for at least four weeks. Nickeil Alexander-Walker and Dyson Daniels could soak up more usage in the meantime, while Luke Kennard and Keaton Wallace could step into larger roles.

Jeremy Sochan
Remaining out vs. Phoenix

Sochan has yet to make his season debut due to a sprained left wrist. There remains no clear timetable for the 22-year-old's return to game action, though his next opportunity to play will come Wednesday against the Lakers.

Luke Kornet
Out for Sunday

The big man will miss his fourth consecutive game due to a sprained left ankle. With Kornet, Kelly Olynyk (heel) and Jeremy Sochan (wrist) sidelined, Bismack Biyombo will likely continue to see a bump in minutes behind Victor Wembanyama. Kornet's next opportunity to play will come Wednesday against the Lakers.

Lindy Waters
Still out

Waters underwent a laser eye procedure before San Antonio's season opener, and he's yet to make his 2025-26 debut. His next chance to do so will come Wednesday against the Lakers.

Kelly Olynyk
Out against Suns

Olynyk hasn't logged an appearance with his new team yet and remains without a timetable for a return.

De'Aaron Fox
Remains out against Phoenix

Fox has yet to debut this season as he continues to rehab from his hamstring injury. His next chance to play comes Wednesday against the Lakers.

Cole Anthony
Ejected Saturday

Anthony logged 13 minutes in this contest before getting tossed, finishing with three points, five assists and two rebounds. Ryan Rollins will likely close this game out at point guard as his hot streak continues.

Payton Pritchard
Good to go Saturday

Pritchard sustained a sprained left ankle in Friday's win over the 76ers, though he'll shed his probable tag and suit up in the second leg of the team's back-to-back set. Over six regular-season appearances, the 27-year-old guard has averaged 14.7 points, 5.8 assists, 4.7 rebounds and 1.3 steals in 33.8 minutes per contest.

Derrick White
Cleared to play Saturday

White will shake off his probable tag for this contest, and there's no word of any restrictions. Through six games, White is averaging 16.7 points, 4.3 assists, 3.8 rebounds, 1.2 blocks, 1,5 steals and 2.7 three-pointers.

Donte DiVincenzo
Returns Saturday

DiVincenzo took an elbow to the face early in the second quarter but quickly returned to the bench before checking back in. The 28-year-old guard appears good to go for the remainder of the game.

Donte DiVincenzo
Exits to locker room Saturday

DiVincenzo caught an elbow to the face and headed back to the locker room with 10:54 remaining in the second quarter. If the 28-year-old guard is unable to return, Jaylen Clark and Terrence Shannon are candidates for an uptick in minutes the rest of the way.

Brandin Podziemski
Starting Saturday

The 22-year-old shooting guard will return to the starting lineup, pushing Quinten Post to the bench. Over three starts this season, Podziemski has averaged 13.7 points, 4.7 rebounds and 3.0 assists in 33.0 minutes per contest.

Quinten Post
Retreats to bench

Brandin Podziemski will enter the starting lineup as the Warriors continue to tweak their lineups depending on matchups. Post is hard to rely on in fantasy, especially when Al Horford is active.

Anthony Black
Returns to bench

This is an expected move with Jalen Suggs back in the mix after a maintenance day. Black was outstanding in Thursday's win over the Hornets with 20 points (8-13 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 1-1 FT), one rebound, two assists, two blocks and two steals across 31 minutes.

Marcus Sasser
Ruled out Saturday

Sasser has yet to make his season debut due to a right hip impingement, and his next opportunity to play will come Monday against the Grizzlies. Caris LeVert and Daniss Jenkins are candidates to continue receiving a bump in minutes with Sasser out.

Chet Holmgren
Out again Sunday

Holmgren will miss his third game in a row, and it's not a great sign that he's being ruled out a day in advance. Additionally, the injury is now being described as a sprain instead of soreness. His next chance to play comes Tuesday against the Clippers, which is the front end of a back-to-back set. Jaylin Williams and Isaiah Hartenstein could see a bump in value with this news, as well as Cason Wallace and Aaron Wiggins if the Thunder opt to play a bit smaller.

Taelon Peter
Good to go

Peter has been tending to a right groin strain recently, and he'll play through the injury once again Saturday. The guard played eight minutes Friday against Atlanta and should continue to be a back-end rotation player for the shorthanded Pacers.

Jalen Green
Participates in 5-on-5 work

Green has yet to make his season debut due to a right hamstring strain but is considered day-to-day. The 23-year-old shooting guard's participation in 5-on-5 work bodes well for his chances of playing in Sunday's game against the Spurs, and the Suns are expected to provide an update on his status by Saturday night. If Green remains sidelined, Grayson Allen and Jordan Goodwin will likely continue to see increased minutes.

Sion James
Retreating to bench vs. Minnesota

After starting Thursday's loss to Orlando, the rookie will retreat to the bench in favor of Collin Sexton. Over five regular-season appearances (one start), James has averaged 8.2 points, 2.6 rebounds and 1.4 assists while shooting 63.6 percent from the field in 21.4 minutes per contest.

Mitchell Robinson
Questionable for Sunday

Robinson played his first game of the season Friday against the Bulls and finished with four points (2-3 FG), 11 rebounds and two assists in 20 minutes. Sunday's game is the front end of a back-to-back set, and it's safe to assume that Robinson will play in just one of those games as the Knicks err on the side of caution.

Paul George
Out against Brooklyn

Although George is progressing, his season debut will have to wait. His next chance to play comes Tuesday against the Bulls in the front end of a back-to-back set. The 76ers are unlikely to clear him until they feel his conditioning is back up to par after a lengthy rehab process.

Collin Sexton
Starting Saturday

After coming off the bench in Thursday's loss to Orlando, Sexton will return to the starting lineup. Over five regular-season appearances (three starts), the 26-year-old guard has averaged 18.6 points, 4.6 assists and 2.4 rebounds in 26.4 minutes per contest.

Joel Embiid
Out against Brooklyn

Sunday's game is not part of a back-to-back set, but the 76ers will continue to err on the side of caution with their franchise center. The 76ers have a back-to-back set coming up Tuesday and Wednesday, and it's safe to assume Embiid will miss one of those as well. In Embiid's absence, the 76ers will likely rely on Adem Bona and Andre Drummond.

Johnny Furphy
Available Saturday

Furphy will shed his probable tag and return from a four-game absence due to a left foot bone bruise. The second-year swingman could see an increased role off the bench Saturday with Andrew Nembhard (shoulder), Bennedict Mathurin (toe), T.J. McConnell (hamstring) and Obi Toppin (foot) sidelined.

Kevon Looney
Questionable for Sunday

This is Looney's first questionable tag of the season as he inches closer to his debut for the Pelicans. Once Looney gets the green light, it's possible he soaks up the minutes currently assigned to DeAndre Jordan, but the rotations in New Orleans still appear to be fluid with the team off to a poor start.

Isaiah Collier
Remaining out vs. Charlotte

Collier was cleared for full on-court participation Thursday, though he remains with Utah's G League affiliate, the Salt Lake City Stars, as he works to regain his conditioning. The second-year point guard's next opportunity to suit up with the parent club will come Monday against the Celtics.

Walker Kessler
Won't play Sunday

Kessler will miss the front end of Utah's back-to-back set due to the shoulder issue, and his next chance to suit up will come Monday against the Celtics. With the big man sidelined, Kyle Filipowski, Jusuf Nurkic and Taylor Hendricks are candidates for increased minutes.

Ziaire Williams
Cleared for Sunday

After a two-game absence, Williams is expected back in the rotation Sunday. That could result in fewer minutes for Jalen Wilson and Tyrese Martin. Sunday's game is the front end of a back-to-back set, and it's possible Williams could have some restrictions.

Danny Wolf
Unavailable for Sunday

Wolf has yet to make his NBA debut, so his absence Sunday won't impact the rotation. He's likely to be sent back to the G League soon.

Trae Young
Ruled out for Sunday

Young is dealing with a sprained right knee and will miss his second consecutive game. NBA reporter Chris Haynes reported Wednesday that Young would undergo an MRI on Thursday to determine the severity of his injury, though the Hawks have yet to provide an update on the star point guard's return timetable. Nickeil Alexander-Walker, Luke Kennard and Keaton Wallace are candidates for increased minutes with Young sidelined.

LaMelo Ball
Available to play

Ball was upgraded to probable earlier in the day, and now coach Charles Lee has given him the green light to play. Any time Ball pops up on the injury report it's a big concern given his past issues staying on the floor, so it will be interesting to see how he holds up Saturday.

Kasparas Jakucionis
Remaining out vs. LAL

Jakucionis has yet to make his season debut due to a right groin strain. The rookie first-round pick's next opportunity to suit up will come Monday against the Clippers.

Dylan Cardwell
Starting Saturday

The rookie big man will get the starting nod for the first time in his career, pushing Russell Westbrook to the bench. Over two regular-season appearances, Cardwell has averaged 1.5 points, 2.0 rebounds, 1.5 blocks and 1.0 steals in 13.5 minutes per game.

Russell Westbrook
Sliding back to bench Saturday

Dylan Cardwell will enter the starting lineup for the first time in his career Sunday, pushing Westbrook to the second unit. Over three appearances off the bench this season, the veteran point guard has averaged 10.3 points, 4.3 rebounds and 3.7 assists in 21.0 minutes per game.

Kyle Kuzma
Won't start Saturday

With Giannis Antetokounmpo (knee) back in action, Kuzma will retreat to the second unit. Over three appearances off the bench this season, the 30-year-old forward has averaged 8.3 points, 4.0 rebounds, 1.3 assists, 1.0 steals and 1.0 blocks in 20.3 minutes per contest.

Norman Powell
Iffy for Sunday

Powell is in jeopardy of missing his third straight game due to a right groin strain. According to Ira Winderman of the South Florida Sun Sentinel, the veteran swingman didn't participate in Saturday's practice, which doesn't bode well for his availability Sunday. If Powell is ultimately ruled out, Davion Mitchell, Pelle Larsson and Jaime Jaquez are candidates for increased minutes.

Bradley Beal
Limited output in return

Beal returned to action after sitting out the Clippers' previous two contests due to back soreness, but he was once again kept on a minutes restriction, just like he was in his prior two appearances this season. The 32-year-old could eventually see his playing time ramp up once he gets a few more games under his belt, but while playing alongside Kawhi Leonard, James Harden and Ivica Zubac, Beal may struggle to see enough usage to re-emerge as the consistent scoring threat that he's been during past stops with the Wizards and Suns.

Noa Essengue
Assigned to G League

Essengue has yet to make his season debut with the parent club and will get extra reps in with Windy City. It wouldn't be surprising to see the rookie spend significant time in the G League this season, and his next chance to play for Chicago will come Tuesday against the 76ers.

Vince Williams
Makes season debut Friday

After being sidelined for the Grizzlies' first four games of the season due to a right ankle impingement, Williams was cleared to play ahead of Wednesday's 114-113 win over the Suns, but he didn't crack the rotation. Head coach Tuomas Iisalo elected to make room for Williams on the second unit two days later, with the fourth-year wing absorbing some of the minutes that had previously gone to Javon Small, who didn't play in a coach's decision. Williams didn't do much to capitalize on the minutes he received, making it unclear if he'll be a regular part of the rotation moving forward.

Julian Phillips
Probable for Sunday

Phillips is dealing with lower back tightness on his left side, though he's likely to play Sunday. Over four regular-season appearances, the 21-year-old forward has averaged 2.3 points in 7.3 minutes per game.

Ayo Dosunmu
Questionable for Sunday

Dosunmu is dealing with a left quadriceps contusion and could miss his first game of the season. If the swingman is ultimately ruled out, Kevin Huerter and Isaac Okoro are candidates for increased playing time. Over five regular-season outings, Dosunmu has averaged 16.2 points, 3.2 assists and 3.0 rebounds in 26.0 minutes per game. He's shooting 57.7 percent from the field and 47.6 percent from beyond the arc thus far.

Ja Morant
Suspended for Sunday

Morant struggled in Friday's loss to the Lakers and appeared visibly frustrated with the coaching staff after the game. Now, the star point guard will be held out of Sunday's contest. With the 26-year-old sidelined, Javon Small and Cam Spencer are candidates for increased roles. Morant has struggled with efficiency through six regular-season games, shooting 40.6 percent from the field and 15.6 percent from beyond the arc. He's averaging 20.8 points, 6.7 assists and 3.3 rebounds in 28.7 minutes per game.

Jaylen Clark
Available Saturday

Clark will return from a two-game absence due to a strained left calf Saturday. It's unclear whether he'll operate under a minutes restriction, though the 24-year-old swingman could see increased playing time with Anthony Edwards (hamstring) sidelined. Over three regular-season appearances, Clark has averaged 5.7 points, 3.0 rebounds, 1.3 assists and 1.0 steals in 15.0 minutes per contest.

Giannis Antetokounmpo
Good to go Saturday

Antetokounmpo will return to action after missing Thursday's win over Golden State due to a left knee issue. With the two-time MVP cleared to play, Kyle Kuzma is expected to move back to the bench. Over four regular-season games, Antetokounmpo has averaged 36.3 points, 14.0 rebounds, 7.0 assists and 1.3 blocks in 32.8 minutes per contest.

Sam Merrill
Questionable for Sunday

Merrill is in jeopardy of missing his third consecutive game due to a right hip contusion, and he's likely to be a game-time decision ahead of Sunday's tipoff at 6:00 p.m. ET. If the sharpshooter is ultimately ruled out, Jaylon Tyson and Craig Porter are candidates for increased playing time.

Jarrett Allen
Iffy for Sunday

Allen is in jeopardy of missing his second consecutive game due to a fractured finger on his left hand. The big man will likely be a game-time decision ahead of Sunday's tipoff at 6:00 p.m. ET. If Allen is unable to play, Dean Wade, Larry Nance and Thomas Bryant are candidates for increased minutes.

Darius Garland
Remaining out vs. Atlanta

Garland has yet to suit up this season as he recovers from left toe surgery he underwent in June. However, the star guard was assigned to the G League earlier this week to get extra reps in during practice, suggesting he may be nearing a return to game action. Still, he can be considered doubtful ahead of Wednesday's game against Philadelphia until the Cavaliers provide another update on his status.

Donovan Mitchell
Questionable to face Atlanta

Mitchell is in jeopardy of missing his second consecutive game due to a left hamstring issue and is likely to be a game-time decision ahead of Sunday's tipoff at 6:00 p.m. ET. If the star guard joins Darius Garland (toe) on the sidelines, Jaylon Tyson and Craig Porter are candidates for increased playing time, while Lonzo Ball could step into the starting five. Over five regular-season appearances, Mitchell has averaged 28.0 points, 4.4 assists, 2.4 rebounds and 1.2 steals in 33.0 minutes per contest.

Sandro Mamukelashvili
Grabs six boards in win

Mamukelashvili recorded double-digit points for the third time in his last four appearances and was one of five Toronto players to reach double figures. The 26-year-old also grabbed a season-high six rebounds. While he has yet to see a significant bump in minutes with Jakob Poeltl (back) sidelined, Mamukelashvili remains a candidate for increased playing time in Sunday's game against Memphis.

RJ Barrett
Bounces back in win

After scoring 10 points on 4-of-11 shooting in Wednesday's loss to Houston, Barrett bounced back and delivered his fourth 20-plus-point performance through six regular-season games. The 25-year-old forward also tied the team-high mark in steals and has racked up multiple swipes in four outings thus far. Barrett is shooting an efficient 57.8 percent from the field and 40.7 percent from downtown this season, averaging 19.3 points, 4.2 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 1.5 steals in 32.0 minutes per contest.

Jaylon Tyson
Well-rounded performance in start

With Sam Merrill (hip) sidelined, Tyson got the starting nod for a second consecutive game. The second-year swingman finished as the team's third-leading scorer and was one of three Cleveland players to reach double figures. He also led all players in blocks. After recording single-digit points in each of the Cavaliers' first four games, Tyson has scored at least 18 in back-to-back outings. He's averaging 9.7 points, 2.7 rebounds, 1.5 assists and 1.0 steals in 24.3 minutes per contest across six regular-season outings (four starts).

LaMelo Ball
Likely to play Saturday

Ball is dealing with a right ankle impingement but is likely to suit up against Minnesota. The 24-year-old point guard has been productive through five regular-season games, averaging 24.4 points, 10.2 assists, 8.0 rebounds and 1.8 steals in 33.4 minutes per contest.

Jamal Shead
Iffy for Sunday

Shead is under the weather and could miss his first game of the season Sunday. If the second-year point guard is unable to suit up, Immanuel Quickley, Ja'Kobe Walter and Gradey Dick are candidates for an uptick in playing time. Over six regular-season games, Shead is averaging 6.8 points, 5.0 assists and 2.2 rebounds in 17.2 minutes per contest.

Jakob Poeltl
Ruled out for Sunday

Poeltl will miss his third consecutive game as he manages a back issue. The big man's next opportunity to suit up will come Tuesday against the Bucks. Collin Murray-Boyles and Sandro Mamukelashvili are candidates to see increased minutes against Memphis with Poeltl sidelined.

De'Andre Hunter
Drops 26 points in defeat

The 27-year-old forward recorded a season-high 26 points, finishing as Cleveland's second-leading scorer with Donovan Mitchell (hamstring) and Darius Garland (toe) sidelined. However, Hunter wasn't very efficient from beyond the arc and has shot just 29.4 percent from three-point range in four regular-season games. He's averaging 18.3 points, 5.3 rebounds and 3.0 assists across 28.8 minutes per game this season.

Kelly Oubre
Nears double-double in defeat

Oubre delivered another productive performance and has scored at least 17 points in four consecutive games. The 29-year-old was one of five Philadelphia players to score in double figures. He also grabbed a game-high nine rebounds and nearly secured his third straight double-double. Through five regular-season games, Oubre is averaging 17.6 points, 7.0 rebounds, 1.4 assists and 1.2 steals in 39.2 minutes per contest.

Anfernee Simons
Drops 19 points in win

While Simons didn't deliver his most efficient performance, he led the second unit in points and finished as Boston's second-leading scorer. The 26-year-old guard continues to see significant minutes as the team's sixth man, and he's been productive from beyond the arc, shooting 40.0 percent from three-point range through six regular-season games. He's averaged 15.5 points, 2.7 rebounds and 1.7 assists across 28.2 minutes per contest this season.

Jarace Walker
Scores 17 points in defeat

Walker got the starting nod for a second consecutive game and finished as Indiana's second-leading scorer. The 22-year-old should continue to see meaningful minutes regardless of whether he starts, especially with Bennedict Mathurin (toe) and Andrew Nembhard (shoulder) sidelined. Walker has struggled with efficiency through five regular-season games, averaging 12.2 points, 5.4 rebounds and 3.8 assists while shooting 32.8 percent from the field in 29.4 minutes per game.

Yang Hansen
Assigned to G League Saturday

Hansen will join Rip City for practice this weekend, though he's expected to rejoin the parent club for Monday's game against the Lakers, according to Sean Highkin of Rip City Radio 620 Portland. The No. 16 overall pick in the 2025 NBA Draft has appeared in five of Portland's six regular-season games, averaging 1.8 points in 5.8 minutes per game. It wouldn't be surprising to see him bounce between Rip City and the Trail Blazers this season.

Daniel Gafford
Will play Saturday

Gafford will make his season debut after missing the team's first five regular-season games due to a sprained right ankle. It wouldn't be surprising if the Mavericks ease him back into action, though he'll likely get the starting nod with Anthony Davis (calf) and Dereck Lively (knee) sidelined.

Mac McClung
Leads bench in loss

While he struggled mightily from three-point range, McClung led Indiana's second unit in scoring. He was one of five Indiana players to score in double figures. Additionally, the 26-year-old tied the game-high mark in steals. McClung should continue to see meaningful playing time with the Pacers' backcourt plagued by injuries to multiple key contributors.

Dyson Daniels
Well-rounded outing in win

Daniels delivered his best offensive performance of the season after scoring single-digit points in the team's first five regular-season games. With Trae Young (knee) sidelined, Daniels also stepped up as a distributor. The 22-year-old is a consistent producer on the defensive end and has racked up multiple steals in five of six regular-season games, and he could continue to see more opportunities on the offensive end if Young misses significant time.

Johni Broome
Recalled and assigned Friday

Broome will rejoin the Blue Coats during training camp and get reps in during practice. The rookie second-rounder has yet to appear in a game for the parent club this season and may spend significant time in the G League.

Nique Clifford
Cleared to suit up Saturday

Clifford has missed four straight games and will have a chance to see the court Saturday for the first time since the regular-season opener. The rookie was a focal point of the rotation in his only appearance thus far, playing 24 minutes as a starter. Clifford finished that loss to Phoenix with two points (1-3 FG), eight rebounds, two assists, two steals and a block.

Taelon Peter
Probable to play Saturday

Peter continues to work through a lingering groin strain that caused him to miss two games, though he was cleared to play Friday against the Hawks and finished with three points (0-1 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 3-3 FT), two rebounds and one turnover over eight minutes. Assuming he's cleared to play, the rookie second-rounder will continue to have a role off the bench due to the absences of T.J. McConnell (hamstring), Bennedict Mathurin (toe) and Andrew Nembhard (shoulder).

Derrick White
Probable for Saturday

White continues to struggle with his shot, but he was productive during Friday's 109-108 win over the 76ers, posting 15 points (6-16 FG, 2-7 3Pt, 1-2 FT), four rebounds, four assists, two steals, one block and two turnovers in 35 minutes. Payton Pritchard (ankle) is also probable for the second half of Boston's back-to-back set, but the Celtics should be at full strength, save for Jayson Tatum (knee).

Johnny Furphy
Likely to play Saturday

The second-year pro is trending toward returning Saturday from a four-game absence due to a bone bruise in his left foot. Furphy saw just one minute of playing time against the Thunder on Oct. 23, but assuming he's cleared to play against the Warriors, he could have an expanded role off the bench due to the absences of Andrew Nembhard (shoulder), Bennedict Mathurin (toe), Obi Toppin (foot) and T.J. McConnell (hamstring).

Payton Pritchard
Likely available Saturday

Pritchard twisted his left ankle during Friday's 109-108 win over the 76ers, but he stayed in the game and finished with 15 points (7-17 FG, 1-9 3Pt), two rebounds, five assists, two steals and one turnover in 33 minutes. Derrick White (neck) is also probable for the second half of Boston's back-to-back set, but the Celtics should be at full strength, save for Jayson Tatum (knee).

Andrew Nembhard
Remains out Saturday

Nembhard hasn't played since the regular-season opener and doesn't have a return timetable, but the Pacers are still treating him as day-to-day. With T.J. McConnell (hamstring), Bennedict Mathurin (toe) and Obi Toppin (foot) all sidelined, Quenton Jackson, RayJ Dennis, Ben Sheppard and Jarace Walker have all been handling major roles. Nembhard should be considered doubtful for future contests until the team releases an official update.

Darius Garland
Remains sidelined Friday

As expected, Garland remains sidelined while rehabbing from left toe surgery he underwent in June. He was recently assigned to the G League to get extra reps, signaling he might be close to a return. However, until the team provides another update, Garland can be considered doubtful for Sunday's game against the Hawks.

Kyle Anderson
Sees first minutes of season

Despite being cleared to suit up ahead of the regular-season opener, Anderson didn't see any playing time during Utah's first four games of the season. Most of Anderson's playing time Friday came at the expense of Kyle Filipowski, who started but played only 10 minutes. It's unclear if Anderson will be a regular part of the rotation moving forward, but leading the bench in minutes is certainly a step in the right direction.

Jeremiah Robinson-Earl
Set to join Indiana

Robinson-Earl was waived by the Mavericks in mid-October before the start of the 2025-26 regular season. He'll get another opportunity with the Pacers, who are dealing with several injuries, including Obi Toppin (foot), Bennedict Mathurin (toe) and T.J. McConnell (hamstring). Robinson-Earl appeared in 66 regular-season games (nine starts) for the Pelicans during the 2024-25 campaign, averaging 6.3 points, 4.8 rebounds, 1.3 assists and 0.6 steals over 18.8 minutes per game.

Ivica Zubac
Double-double in Friday's win

The double-double was his second straight after a bit of a slow start to the season on the glass, while the three blocks were a season high for Zubac. The 28-year-old center is coming off a breakout 2024-25 campaign, but so far in 2025-26, he's taken a slight step back, averaging 15.2 points, 8.6 boards, 2.4 assists and 1.4 blocks in 28.8 minutes over five games. On the bright side, he's shooting 90.9 percent from the free-throw line, which would be a massive improvement after he posted a career-worst 66.1 percent mark from the charity stripe last season.

James Harden
Nabs third double-double of season

The double-double was his third in five games to begin the season, and Harden has scored at least 20 points in four straight while grabbing multiple steals in three straight. The 36-year-old guard is showing no signs of slowing down, averaging 21.8 points, 9.2 assists, 4.8 boards, 2.8 threes and 1.4 steals in 33.2 minutes a contest.

Kawhi Leonard
Strikes for game-high 34 on Friday

The 34 points led all scorers on the night and were a season high for Leonard. The 34-year-old has stayed healthy to begin the season, averaging 32.8 minutes while starting all five of the Clippers' games. If he's distracted by all the off-court controversy surrounding him, he isn't letting it show, producing 23.8 points, 6.0 boards, 3.4 assists, 2.4 threes, 2.2 steals and 1.2 blocks a contest. Leonard also said that he plans on playing both halves of the Clippers' upcoming back-to-back set.

Jeremiah Fears
Teases double-double in third start

Making his third straight start, Frears came close to producing his first career double-double as he led New Orleans in assists. The No. 7 pick in the 2025 Draft struggled in his first career start Monday, but he's scored at least 13 points in his other four games. The Pelicans seem committed to giving Frears all the responsibility he can handle -- at least until Dejounte Murray (Achilles) gets healthy.

Jordan Poole
Drops 30 off bench Friday

Making his second straight appearance off the bench, Poole erupted for his first 30-point performance of the season as he led the Pelicans in scoring. The seven threes equaled his total from the prior three games combined, and through five contests to begin his tenure with New Orleans, Poole is averaging 19.8 points, 3.4 threes, 3.0 assists and 1.8 boards in 32.2 minutes.

Zion Williamson
Slams home season-high 29

After managing only 11 points Wednesday in his return from a one-game absence due to a minor bone bruise in his foot, Williamson looked more like his usual self Friday and set a new season high in scoring. The 25-year-old forward is averaging 23.5 points, 6.3 boards, 4.3 assists and 2.3 steals in 32.3 minutes through four games, and as per usual, it's his ability to stay on the court that will be key to his fantasy value.

Cedric Coward
Double-double off bench Friday

The 11th overall pick in the 2025 Draft struggled to find his shot, but Coward still delivered a strong performance that included a season high in pilfers and his first career double-double. The Washington State product has scored in double digits in five of his first six NBA contests, averaging 15.5 points, 4.8 boards, 2.2 assists, 1.8 threes and 1.3 steals in 24.7 minutes a game.

Jock Landale
Hits for 16 in Friday's loss

The Grizzlies went with a balanced attack that saw six different players score in double digits, and Landale tied Jaylen Wells for the team scoring lead on the night. Landale has held down the fort in the paint while Zach Edey (ankle) and Brandon Clarke (knee) get healthy, averaging 10.2 points, 5.2 boards, 1.3 assists, 1.0 threes and 0.7 blocks in 23.7 minutes over six starts.

Jaylen Wells
Scores season-high 16 in loss

The second-year forward tied Jock Landale for the Grizzlies' scoring lead on the night, with Wells' points and boards both being season highs. The 2024 second-round pick has started six straight games to begin the season, but Wells hasn't done a whole lot yet with the opportunity, averaging 10.5 points, 3.5 rebounds, 1.7 threes and 1.3 assists in 26.8 minutes a contest -- numbers nearly identical to his rookie production.

Jake LaRavia
Nabs three steals from second unit

After starting the previous two games, the fourth-year forward got bumped back to the second unit as Luka Doncic returned to action, but LaRavia still delivered a season high in steals while scoring in double digits for the third time in the last four contests. His minutes could shrink further once LeBron James (back) is cleared to return, but LaRavia should still play an important role off the Lakers' bench in the short term.

Austin Reaves
Chips in 21 in Memphis

With Luka Doncic back in the lineup, Reaves fell back into a supporting role and failed to reach 25 points for the first time in six games this season. Reaves will still be a key part of the Lakers' offense, especially while LeBron James (back) remains on the shelf, and the fifth-year guard is averaging 32.0 points, 9.0 assists, 5.3 boards, 2.8 threes and 1.7 steals a contest in the early going.

Luka Doncic
Pours in 44 in return

After the 26-year-old superstar missed the prior three games due to a finger injury, coach JJ Redick suggested ahead of Friday's tip-off that Doncic's minutes might be somewhat limited. However, the MVP candidate saw more court time than anyone else in the contest and delivered his third 40-point double-double of 2025-26 in three games. Doncic figures to keep seeing massive usage as long as LeBron James (back) remains sidelined.

De'Anthony Melton
Assigned and recalled Friday

Melton will miss the first portion of the regular season while rehabbing from an ACL sprain that he underwent surgery for in December. The Warriors announced Wednesday that he will miss at least three more weeks, and when he's cleared to return to in-game action, he'll likely have a limited role at the NBA level if Golden State is near full strength.

Nolan Traore
Back with Brooklyn

Traore will return to Brooklyn and could be available off the bench against the 76ers on Sunday. He last played for the Nets on Monday against the Rockets, when he logged four points (1-5 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 1-2 FT), three assists, one rebound and two turnovers over 21 minutes.

Danny Wolf
Recalled by parent club

Wolf has yet to make his NBA regular-season debut, but the rookie first-rounder is on track to be available off the bench Sunday against the 76ers. Wolf will likely frequently move between the NBA and G League clubs.

Jerami Grant
Strong production off bench

Despite shifting to the bench, Grant has cobbled together six productive games to begin the season, averaging 20.7 points per game, adding 3.0 rebounds, 1.5 steals and 2.5 three-pointers. His role on this team was a topic of discussion heading into the season, though it appears he has embraced his new role.

Jrue Holiday
Season-high 13 assists

Holiday continues to turn back the clock, handing out a season-high 13 assists. The veteran finished outside the top-200 players in standard leagues last season, playing as a supporting cast member alongside a talented main cast in Boston. Now in Portland, Holiday is basically running the show, averaging 18.0 points, 5.0 rebounds, 8.7 assists, 1.5 steals and 2.3 three-pointers in 32.3 minutes per game.

Robert Williams
Logs 11 minutes in return

Williams made his season debut, playing as the primary backup behind Donovan Clingan. Given his long injury history, his return to the floor is a huge positive. He would need to play upwards of 20 minutes per game to have any chance of putting up standard league value. At this stage, that seems like a pipe dream, at best.

Jamal Murray
Scores team-high 22 points

Murray played through a calf injury Friday, leading the Nuggets with 22 points. A proven contributor in both fantasy and reality, it's been a strong start to the season for Murray, averaging 26.0 points, 4.6 rebounds, 5.4 assists, 1.2 steals and 2.6 three-pointers in 33.7 minutes per game.

Peyton Watson
Another intriguing performance

Watson continues to turn some heads, playing at least 23 minutes for the third consecutive game. In that span, he has averaged 9.0 points, 3.7 rebounds, 2.3 assists, 1.3 steals and 2.0 blocks, putting him firmly on the radar, even in standard fantasy formats. He is more of a deep-league target at this point but someone to monitor closely elsewhere, just in case his role increases at some point.

Cameron Johnson
Rough start to season continues

Johnson continued his disappointing start to the season, scoring single digits for the fourth time in the past five games. The fact that he played 31 minutes could be viewed as a positive, having reached 30 minutes only once prior to this performance. Managers will need to exercise patience here, in the hope that he can turn things around as he becomes more familiar with his new surroundings.

Grayson Allen
Records three swipes vs. Utah

Allen wasn't the most efficient from the field but contributed to the Suns' commanding victory Friday in other ways. He finished second on the team in assists and rebounds while leading both squads with a season-high three steals. Allen has started in each of the first six games of the regular season and should remain in the Suns' starting five for as long as Jalen Green (hamstring) is on the shelf.

Ryan Dunn
Logs first double-double of season

Dunn cracked double-digit points for the first time this season Friday, and he led the Suns with a season-high 11 boards. It was his first double-double of the season after recording three during the 2024-25 campaign. Dunn doesn't provide much of a scoring punch but would continue to see additional opportunities on offense for as long as Jalen Green (hamstring) and Dillon Brooks (groin) are both sidelined.

Devin Booker
Game-high 36 points in win

Booker made his presence felt early with 12 points in the first quarter to help the Suns jump out to a 20-point lead, and he matched that total in the third frame to maintain Phoenix's cushion. Booker has scored at least 31 points in five of the first six games of the regular season while dishing out at least seven dimes in four of those contests. Booker has been the Suns' clear focal point on offense following the offseason trade of Kevin Durant to the Rockets, and the former should continue to see a high usage for as long as Jalen Green (hamstring) is sidelined.

Keyonte George
Flirts with triple-double

George went out Friday and put together a nice all-around game a day after the Jazz picked up his fourth-year option. He led Utah with nine dimes and finished second in both points and rebounds behind Lauri Markkanen (33 points) and Walker Kessler (13 rebounds), respectively, while living at the charity stripe with a game-high 11 free-throw attempts. George has started in each of the first five games of the regular season and is averaging 21.2 points, 9.2 assists, 3.8 rebounds and 1.0 steals over 34.2 minutes per game to start the year. However, he could be demoted to a bench role if Isaiah Collier (hamstring) is cleared to play against the Hornets on Sunday.

Lauri Markkanen
Drops 33 points in Friday's loss

It was another strong outing for the ninth-year pro, who topped 30-plus points for a fourth consecutive game while finishing Friday's game as the second leading scorer behind Devin Booker (36). Markkanen has connected on 50.2 percent of his field-goal attempts through the first five games of the regular season, averaging 33.8 points, 6.6 rebounds, 2.2 assists, 0.8 blocks and 0.6 steals over 37.4 minutes per game.

Deandre Ayton
Dealing with back spasms

Ayton was available to return in the fourth quarter, according to head coach JJ Redick. However, the team chose to keep him sidelined as a precaution. The veteran big man finished with nine points (4-6 FG, 1-1 FT) and no other stats across the board.

Isaiah Livers
Won't return Friday

Livers is dealing with a hip contusion that ended his night prematurely. He logged only three minutes before being ruled out for the game, finishing with one assist.

Isaiah Jackson
Comes close to double-double

Jackson turned in his best scoring performance of the young season. However, his opportunities continue to be limited, as Pascal Siakam, Aaron Nesmith and Jarace Walker were the focal points of the offense Friday evening. Jackson also posted a season high in rebounds, narrowly missing a double-double. The Kentucky product should continue to see his name listed in the starting lineup moving forward.

Pascal Siakam
Paces scoring attack

Siakam didn't have a great night shooting the basketball after going 15-for-24 from the field over his previous two appearances. However, he still managed to reach 18 points to lead Indiana in scoring. Siakam is averaging 24.6 points, 9.8 rebounds and 5.2 assists through his five five appearances of the 2025-26 campaign.

Keaton Wallace
Drills three treys

Wallace provided steady production off the bench despite logging only 17 minutes on the night. He handled his heaviest workload of the young season and rewarded his squad with season highs in points, rebounds and assists. Wallace is still trying to make his way into the rotation and doesn't currently hold much value.

Onyeka Okongwu
Quality showing off bench

Okongwu was calculated on the offensive end, making the most of his opportunities. He led the bench in scoring, rebounds and blocks on the way to a solid showing across the board. Okongwu has now scored in double figures in all six matchups so far this season.

Kevin Huerter
Tallies double-digits again

Huerter scored double-digits for the fifth straight game to begin the season, providing the undefeated Bulls with a viable scoring threat off the bench. Over that five-game period, Huerter is averaging 14.2 points per game, adding 4.4 rebounds, 2.8 assists, 1.4 three-pointers and 1.6 combined steals and blocks. Coby White is nearing a return after missing the start of the season with a calf injury. Upon his return, the coaching staff will have some decisions to make, one of which is where Huerter fits in the rotation moving forward.

Nickeil Alexander-Walker
Shines in spot start

Alexander-Walker drew the start in place of Trae Young, who was ruled out due to a knee injury. Alexander-Walker continues to fare well offensively, as he's now scored 17 or more points in five of his first six appearances of the 2025-26 campaign. He's also provided a spark defensively by racking up two steals in three of his last four matchups.

Josh Giddey
Sniffs triple-double Friday

Giddey continued his blistering start to the season, falling one assist short of a triple-double. The Bulls remain undefeated to begin the season, with Giddey leading the charge, averaging 22.0 points, 8.8 rebounds, 8.0 assists, 0.6 steals and 2.0 three-pointers. Outside of his subpar defensive contributions, managers have to be thrilled with what Giddey has served up on a nightly basis. Chicago will look to continue its winning ways when it hosts the Knicks on Sunday.

Ayo Dosunmu
Flirts with double-double in win

Dosunmu got back on track in the win, scoring at least 20 points for the second time in the past three games. Despite coming off the bench, it's been a relatively strong start to the season for Dosunmu, averaging 16.2 points, 3.0 rebounds, 3.2 assists and 2.0 three-pointers in 26.1 minutes per game. The eventual return of Coby White (calf) is going to complicate matters when it comes to playing time. However, for now, consider Dosunmu a viable asset, even in 12-team formats.

Miles McBride
Scores eight points in return

McBride returned after missing the previous two games due to personal issues. While the production was nothing to write home about, the fact that he played 29 minutes despite coming off the bench was a real positive. Both Landry Shamet and Josh Hart played just 15 minutes, indicating that McBride could very well be positioned to serve as the team's sixth man, at least for the foreseeable future.

Josh Hart
Logs 15 minutes Friday

Hart hit rock bottom in the loss, failing to score in arguably the worst performance of his career. With Mitchell Robinson returning to action, the path to minutes for Hart just got even murkier. Despite coming off a breakout season, the current trajectory for Hart makes it hard to make a case for him being a must-roster player.

Mitchell Robinson
Grabs 11 boards Friday

Robinson played his first game of the season, leading the team with 11 rebounds. He slotted straight into the starting lineup, and although he was apparently not on a minutes restriction, he did manage just 20 minutes. As expected, he was non-existent on the offensive end, but the other aspects of his game appeared fine. His availability moving forward remains a mystery, although simply being back on the court is a step in the right direction.

Payton Pritchard
Scores 15 points with five dimes

While Pritchard has been a midrange marksman this season, drilling 50 percent of his midrange attempts, he has been seriously struggling from beyond the arc. Through the first six games of the year, the career 39.5 percent three-point shooter has been converting just 17.4 percent of his long-balls, which is almost unfathomable. He should figure it out soon enough.

Josh Minott
Grabs eight rebounds in win

While Minott was invisible on offense in this one, he was still Boston's leading rebounder and helped the Celtics win the rebounding battle 45-40. The offense may come and go, but he should be consistent with the hustle stats and looks to be locked in as a starter, which will maintain his value in deep leagues.

Derrick White
Posts well-rounded line in win

While the counting stats for White this season have been solid, he has been struggling from an efficiency standpoint, converting just 32.1 percent of his shot attempts. However, as a career 44.6 percent shooter, it should only be a matter of time until his shot starts falling, and once that happens, he'll shoot up the rankings.

Jaylen Brown
Drops in 32 points with full line

Brown was hot from the jump in this one, as he dropped in 16 of his 32 points over a five-minute stretch in the first quarter, and he got whatever he wanted all game long. After a 0-3 start to the season for Boston, they've now rallied off three straight wins to bring their record back to .500. They'll look to keep it going Saturday against the Rockets.

Joel Embiid
Scores 20 points with two blocks

This was a season-high in minutes for Embiid, who has looked a little better with each game this season. He did take an elbow to the face from Derrick White, but he was able to play through it, so that shouldn't be something that impacts his status for Sunday's game in Brooklyn.

Tyrese Maxey
Scores 26 points with 14 dimes

The 76ers got off to a rough start in this game, which left them trailing by 24 points early, but Philly fought back and ended the first half with a 17-4 run to get back into the game. Maxey was a significant reason why the 76ers were able to stay in the game, and he made a huge shot towards the end of regulation to trim the Celtics' lead to just one. However, at the end of the day, the 76ers were unable to keep their winning streak alive. They'll look to get things back on track Sunday in Brooklyn.

Lonzo Ball
Five dimes in first start of 2025

Ball made his first start of the regular season Friday due to the absences of Donovan Mitchell (hamstring), Darius Garland (toe) and Sam Merrill (hip). Ball scored all eight of his points in the third quarter as he took a back seat offensively to Evan Mobley (29 points), De'Andre Hunter (26) and Jaylon Tyson (18). While Ball isn't known for his scoring, he has registered at least five assists in each of his five outings this season. He would likely return to the bench if Mitchell and Garland were to return Sunday against the Hawks.

Dean Wade
Fills box score in spot start

Wade made his first start of the season Friday due to the absence of Donovan Mitchell (hamstring). Wade struggled with his shot, but he contributed meaningfully in other ways with season highs in steals and blocks. He would revert to his bench role Sunday against the Hawks if Mitchell is cleared to return.

Evan Mobley
Game-high 29 points in loss

Mobley was pushed into a more prominent offensive role due to the absences of Darius Garland (toe) and Donovan Mitchell (hamstring). Mobley responded with a game-high 29 points, 11 of which came in the fourth quarter, and he also tallied three swipes for the third time this season. He has opened the regular season averaging 20.2 points on 46.1 percent shooting, 9.0 rebounds, 4.3 assists, 1.8 blocks and 1.8 steals over 34.0 minutes per game.

Scottie Barnes
Logs second double-double of season

Barnes led both teams with 10 boards en route to his second double-double through six regular-season games. The fifth-year pro will end the month of October averaging 20.8 points, 6.7 rebounds, 4.5 assists, 1.3 steals and 0.8 blocks over 33.0 minutes per game while connecting on 52.2 percent of his field-goal attempts.

Brandon Ingram
Logs 20 points vs. Cleveland

Ingram led the Raptors with seven free-throw attempts and was one of three Toronto players to score 20 points in Friday's win. The 10th-year pro has scored at least 20 points in four of the first six games of the regular season and will end the month of October averaging 21.7 points, 5.7 rebounds, 3.8 assists and 1.2 steals over 32.8 minutes per game while connecting on 53.2 percent of his field-goal attempts.

Jamison Battle
Paces bench with 20 points

Battle was a healthy scratch for each of the Raptors' two games prior to Friday's contest, but he was on the floor for a season-high 15 minutes and made the most of his opportunity. He was one of three Raptors players to score 20 points and was responsible for six of the team's 13 three-pointers while posting a game-high plus-28 point differential. Battle's performance Friday could help carve a consistent role for himself off the bench going into November.

Bogdan Bogdanovic
Bench role Friday

Bogdanovic will be in the second unit, with Bradley Beal getting the nod in the starting five. Bogdanovic hasn't made a significant impact this season, averaging 1.0 points and 3.0 rebounds per game, while shooting 11.1 percent from the field.

Bradley Beal
Starting Friday

Beal is back after a two-game absence, which will result in Bogdan Bogdanovic heading back to the second unit. Joining Beal in the starting five Friday night will be Kawhi Leonard, James Harden, Derrick Jones and Ivica Zubac.

Kevin Porter
Set to undergo surgery

Porter's absence may extend beyond this four-week window, so he's a cut candidate in re-draft leagues. Ryan Rollins has been on fire as a starter as of late, so Porter will have some competition for the starting point guard spot once he is eventually able to make it back to the court.

Jalen Johnson
Paces Atlanta in win

Johnson stuffed the stat sheet while leading all players in points, rebounds and assists. The 23-year-old forward also posted a season high in boards en route to his first double-double of the campaign. He has now scored 20-plus points in three consecutive games and in four of his five regular-season appearances thus far.

Jake LaRavia
Headed to bench

LaRavia started the past two games with the Lakers banged up, but Marcus Smart (quad) and Luka Doncic (finger) are back for Friday's game, so LaRavia will return to a reserve role. Through three games as a reserve this season, LaRavia owns averages of 7.3 points, 3.0 rebounds and 2.0 assists in 25.4 minutes a night.

Marcus Smart
Starting Friday

Smart will return from a two-game absence due to a right quadriceps contusion and join the starting five. The veteran guard has appeared in three regular-season games (one start) so far, averaging 7.7 points, 2.0 assists, 1.0 rebounds and 1.0 steals in 24.7 minutes per contest.
