The Wolves and Warriors will battle it out Friday at 10 p.m. ET, NBA TV.
This week features a lighter schedule as the Knockout Rounds of the Emirates NBA Cup take the spotlight, with two quarterfinals on both Tuesday and Wednesday, followed by two semifinals on Saturday.
Even with fewer games to choose from, we have one key matchup for all 30 teams to get you ready for the week across Prime Video, Peacock, NBA TV, and League Pass.
Monday
Kings at Pacers (7 p.m. ET, League Pass): After a 2-16 start, Indy has won three of its last five games. The key? The Pacers’ offense is starting to click, averaging 116.2 points on 50.3% shooting over the last five games, compared to 109.6 points on a league-low 41.6% over their first 18. Sacramento is coming off a win in Miami to snap a four-game skid behind a season-best 42 points and eight 3s from Zach LaVine.
Suns at Wolves (7:30 p.m. ET, Peacock): Before the Suns head to OKC to take on the 23-1 Thunder in the NBA Cup quarterfinals, they’ll stop in Minnesota to face a Wolves team seeking its sixth straight win. After six straight 30+ point games, Anthony Edwards has just 26 combined points in his last two outings. Is he due for a breakout?
Tuesday (NBA Cup Quarterfinals – East)
(4) Heat at (1) Magic (6 p.m. ET, Prime Video): If history is any indicator, this all-Florida quarterfinal should be tight down the stretch. Orlando leads Miami 2-0 this season, with both wins coming by a combined five points. The Heat won the previous two matchups last season by seven total points, including one game that went to double overtime. A key question for the Magic will be the status of Franz Wagner, who left Sunday’s game in New York with a leg injury and will be reevaluated back in Orlando.
(3) Knicks at (2) Raptors (8:30 p.m. ET, Prime Video): While the Magic and Heat have been neck-and-neck, the other quarterfinal features a matchup dominated by New York, with the Knicks winning the last nine meetings dating back to Dec. 1, 2023. The Raptors enter this matchup looking to snap a three-game skid overall, while the Knicks seek a fourth straight win.
Wednesday (NBA Cup Quarterfinals – West)
(4) Suns at (1) Thunder (7:30 p.m., Prime Video): Oklahoma City enters this quarterfinal trying to extend two streaks – a 15-game overall win streak (a win would set a new franchise record) and a seven-game win streak over the Suns. The most recent meeting came in the Group Play finale, which OKC won by four in Jalen Williams’ season debut after offseason wrist surgery.
(3) Spurs at (2) Lakers (10 p.m. ET, Prime Video): The last time these teams met on Nov. 2 in Los Angeles, the Lakers rallied from 12 points down behind Luka Dončić’s stat-stuffing performance (35 pts, 13 ast, 9 reb, 5 stl, 2 blk) before surviving a frantic finish. The Spurs have gone 7-3 without Victor Wembanyama, who will miss Monday’s game as he recovers from a calf strain, but has participated in team practices as he ramps up for a return. Whether that happens on Wednesday remains uncertain.
Thursday
Clippers at Rockets (8 p.m. ET, League Pass): On Saturday in Minnesota, James Harden passed Carmelo Anthony for 10th place on the NBA’s all-time scoring list. On Thursday, Harden begins his pursuit of Shaquille O’Neal in ninth place as the Clippers wrap up a five-game road trip against another top-10 all-time scorer, Kevin Durant (8th).
Celtics at Bucks (8 p.m. ET, League Pass): The Celtics seek a sixth straight win when they visit the Bucks in a matchup of two teams heading in opposite directions. Boston has won eight of its last 10 to rise to third in the East, while Milwaukee has gone 2-8 in its last 10 and sits 10th in the conference. The Celtics swept last year’s season series as the two East rivals meet for the first time in 2025-26.
Nuggets at Kings (10 p.m. ET, League Pass): Nikola Jokić has been dominant in Denver’s first three matchups with Sacramento this season – averaging 37.7 points on 66.7% shooting, along with 11.7 rebounds and 9.3 assists. However, the Kings won their last matchup on Nov. 22 behind 21 points apiece from Dennis Schröder and former Nugget Russell Westbrook.
Friday
Hawks at Pistons (7 p.m. ET, NBA TV): Cade Cunningham, who ranks second in total clutch points (79) entering Week 8, came up big down the stretch the last time these teams met on Dec. 1 as the Pistons held off the Hawks by a single point. Another win would wrap up the season series for Detroit.
Cavaliers at Wizards (7 p.m. ET, League Pass): Washington will look to do something it has not done since Dec. 30, 2021 – beat the Cleveland Cavaliers. The Cavs have won the last 13 meetings, including their first matchup of 2025-26, in which Cleveland put up a season-high 148 points.
Jazz at Grizzlies (8 p.m. ET, League Pass): In the only game on the schedule for both teams in Week 8, the Grizzlies seek their third straight win, while the Jazz look to avoid a third straight loss. Memphis swept the season series a year ago, with two of the games decided by seven points or fewer.
Nets at Mavs (8:30 p.m. ET, League Pass): Up to 10 rookies – including six 2025 first-round picks – could take the court in this matchup. Dallas is led by No. 1 pick Cooper Flagg, who ranks second on the latest Rookie Ladder, while Brooklyn features five first-round selections, led by No. 8 pick Egor Dëmin.
Wolves at Warriors (10 p.m. ET, NBA TV): Golden State enters this matchup looking for a third straight win overall and a fourth consecutive win over the Wolves dating back to last season. The Warriors are coming off their largest win of the season (a 32-point victory over the Bulls) despite still being without Steph Curry (quad), who has started individual workouts as he ramps up for a return.
Sunday
Hornets at Cavaliers (3:30 p.m. ET, League Pass): Miles Bridges had a career-best 46 points in Charlotte’s last meeting with Cleveland on March 7 of last season, but the Cavs earned a one-point win during their run to an East-best 64 wins. What will happen when these teams meet for the first time in 2025-26?
Sixers at Hawks (6 p.m. ET, League Pass): The Sixers look to avenge a double-overtime loss to the Hawks on Nov. 30, which featured a 40+ point duel between Atlanta’s Jalen Johnson (41 pts, 14 reb, 7 ast) and Philly’s Tyrese Maxey (44 pts, 7 reb, 9 ast) in a game that produced a combined 276 points.
Pelicans at Bulls (7 p.m. ET, League Pass): This is a matchup of two teams each looking to snap losing streaks – the Bulls have dropped seven straight to fall to 11th in the East, while the Pelicans have dropped six straight and sit at the bottom of the West standings. NOLA’s only win of the past month came against Chicago on Nov. 24.
Warriors at Blazers (9 p.m. ET, League Pass): Golden State had won nine straight (and 13 of the last 14) games against Portland entering this season, but the Blazers have flipped the script in 2025-26. Portland is 2-0 against Golden State so far, with Deni Avdija averaging 26 points and 9.5 assists while shooting 53.1% FG, 46.2% 3P, and 92.3% FT against the Warriors.
