Atlanta Hawks
- Schedule: Tuesday vs. Bulls, Friday vs. Heat, Saturday vs. Knicks (NBA TV)
- Game to watch: Tuesday vs. Bulls – After a Sunday thriller that saw the Bulls edge the Hawks 152-150 in the highest-scoring game of the NBA season, these two teams run it back to open Week 10 as the Hawks look to snap a three-game skid.
Boston Celtics
- Schedule: Monday vs. Pacers, Friday at Pacers, Sunday at Blazers
- Game to watch: Monday vs. Pacers – The last two teams to represent the East in the NBA Finals will play their entire four-game season series over the next month (Dec. 22-Jan. 21), including two games this week, beginning Monday in Boston. It is the Celtics’ final home game before they embark on a season-high five-game road trip, which starts in Indiana.
Brooklyn Nets
- Schedule: Tuesday at Sixers, Saturday at Timberwolves
- Game to watch: Tuesday at Sixers – After opening the season 3-16, the Nets have gone 5-3 in their last eight outings. They will look to keep that momentum going when they visit Tyrese Maxey, VJ Edgecombe and the Sixers, who lead the season series 2-0.
Charlotte Hornets
- Schedule: Monday at Cavaliers (Peacock), Tuesday vs. Wizards, Friday at Magic
- Game to watch: Monday at Cavaliers (Peacock) – The last time these teams met (Dec. 14), the Hornets held the Cavs scoreless in overtime in a 119-111 win behind 20-plus point performances from Kon Knueppel, Brandon Miller and Miles Bridges. Can the Hornets make it two straight over the Cavs to open Week 10?
Chicago Bulls
- Schedule: Tuesday at Hawks, Friday vs. Sixers (Prime Video), Saturday vs. Bucks
- Game to watch: Tuesday at Hawks – The Bulls enter Week 10 riding a three-game win streak, during which they’ve averaged a league-high 138.3 ppg with great scoring balance. Matas Buzelis (20.3 points per game), Coby White (19.7), Josh Giddey (19.7) and Nikola Vučević (19) lead eight Bulls averaging double figures during this streak. Can they keep it going when they run it back with the Hawks after both teams put up 150+ points on Sunday?
Cleveland Cavaliers
- Schedule: Monday vs. Hornets (Peacock), Tuesday vs. Pelicans, Thursday at Knicks (ABC/ESPN), Saturday at Rockets
- Game to watch: Thursday at Knicks (ABC/ESPN) – Christmas Day tips off with a matchup of top-10 scorers in New York’s Jalen Brunson (29.1 ppg, 7th) and Cleveland’s Donovan Mitchell (30.7, 4th). This game also features an alternate “Dunk the Halls “broadcast on ESPN2 – a real-time, animated special featuring Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Goofy and more.
Detroit Pistons
- Schedule: Monday at Blazers, Tuesday at Kings, Friday at Jazz, Sunday at Clippers
- Game to watch: Tuesday at Kings – The East-leading Pistons will not be home for the holidays as they embark on a season-long five-game road trip against Western Conference foes, including a Tuesday stop in Sacramento. In this head-to-head series, the road team has won the past six contests since December 2022.
Indiana Pacers
- Schedule: Monday at Celtics, Tuesday vs. Bucks, Friday vs. Celtics, Saturday at Heat
- Game to watch: Tuesday vs. Bucks – In the most recent chapter of this East rivalry (Nov. 3 in Indianapolis), Giannis Antetokounmpo silenced the home crowd with a turnaround fadeaway at the buzzer to give Milwaukee a 117-115 win. With Antetokounmpo out to open Week 10, can the Pacers avenge that loss in their final game before Christmas?
Miami Heat
- Schedule: Tuesday vs. Raptors, Friday at Hawks, Saturday vs. Pacers
- Game to watch: Tuesday vs. Raptors – After a six-game win streak in November vaulted the Heat to third in the East, Miami is 2-8 since. Now in eighth place in the East, the Heat will look to get things turned around in Week 10, beginning with Tuesday’s matchup against the Raptors. Toronto won the first game of this season series on Dec. 15 in Miami.
Milwaukee Bucks
- Schedule: Tuesday at Pacers, Friday at Grizzlies, Saturday at Bulls
- Game to watch: Tuesday at Pacers – The Bucks got 33 points and a game-winning buzzer-beater from Giannis Antetokounmpo in their last matchup with the Pacers. Antetokounmpo is out to open Week 10. Can the Bucks get another win in Indy to snap a three-game skid?
New York Knicks
- Schedule: Tuesday at Timberwolves, Thursday vs. Cavaliers (ABC/ESPN), Saturday at Hawks (NBA TV)
- Game to watch: Thursday vs. Cavaliers (ABC/ESPN) – The Knicks will play their 50th game on Christmas Day – and their first against the Cavs – to open up the NBA’s five-game holiday slate. Emirates NBA Cup MVP Jalen Brunson is hot to enter Week 10 after posting a season-high (and personal Madison Square Garden-high) 47 points on Sunday.
Orlando Magic
- Schedule: Monday at Warriors, Tuesday at Blazers, Friday vs. Hornets, Saturday vs. Nuggets
- Game to watch: Tuesday at Blazers – The Magic wrap up a four-game West Coast swing in Portland. The last time these teams met on Nov. 10, Desmond Bane hit a fadeaway triple at the buzzer to win it for the Magic. That came after the Blazers rallied from nine points down in the game’s final 2 1/2 minutes to take a one-point lead with 11 seconds left to set up Bane’s shot.
Philadelphia 76ers
- Schedule: Tuesday vs. Nets, Friday at Bulls (Prime Video), Sunday at Thunder
- Game to watch: Friday at Bulls (Prime Video) – The last time these teams met in Chicago, the Sixers never trailed until Nikola Vučević sank a game-winning 3-pointer with 3.2 seconds left. After squandering a 24-point lead and a 39-point effort from Tyrese Maxey, can the Sixers even the season series at 1-1 when they visit the Bulls?
Toronto Raptors
- Schedule: Tuesday at Heat, Friday at Wizards, Sunday vs. Warriors
- Game to watch: Tuesday at Heat – On Sunday, the Raptors were held to their lowest point total (81 points at Brooklyn) since last New Year’s Eve (71 points at Boston). Will this Dec. 23 matchup at Miami see the Raptors receive some scoring relief?
Washington Wizards
- Schedule: Tuesday at Hornets, Friday vs. Raptors, Sunday vs. Grizzlies
Game To Watch: Tuesday at Hornets – A matchup of top-6 picks in the 2025 NBA Draft takes place on Tuesday when No. 6 pick Tre Johnson and the Wizards host No. 4 pick Kon Knueppel and the Hornets. After a 3-20 start, the Wizards are 2-2 in their last four games.
Western Conference

The Nuggets and Wolves meet on Christmas Day in their 3rd matchup of the regular season.
Dallas Mavericks
- Schedule: Monday at Pelicans, Tuesday vs. Nuggets (NBC/Peacock), Thursday at Warriors (ABC/ESPN), Saturday at Kings (NBA TV)
- Game to watch: Thursday at Warriors (ABC/ESPN) – Not only does Klay Thompson make his only return to the Bay this season, but rookie Cooper Flagg (19 years, 4 days old) will be the youngest player to play on Christmas Day since LeBron James in 2003 as the Mavs face Steph Curry and the Warriors.
Denver Nuggets
- Schedule: Monday vs. Jazz, Tuesday at Mavericks (NBC/Peacock), Thursday vs. Timberwolves (ABC/ESPN), Saturday at Magic
- Game to watch: Thursday vs. Timberwolves (ABC/ESPN) – After the Wolves won six straight games against the Nuggets (the last two were in the 2024 Western Conference semfinals, followed by a 4-0 season sweep in 2024-25), Denver has won the first two matchups this season, with both games played in Minnesota. A Christmas Day win would clinch the season series for the Nuggets.
Golden State Warriors
- Schedule: Monday vs. Magic, Thursday vs. Mavericks (ABC/ESPN), Sunday at Raptors
- Game to watch: Thursday vs. Mavericks (ABC/ESPN) – Last year, Steph Curry gave NBA fans the gift of 3-pointers as he tied the Christmas Day record with eight triples in the Warriors’ 115-113 loss to the Lakers. Curry (26, tied for 4th) and former teammate Klay Thompson (27, 3rd) will look to climb the holiday 3-point ranks when they face each other.
Houston Rockets
- Schedule: Tuesday at Clippers (NBC/Peacock), Thursday at Lakers (ABC/ESPN), Saturday vs. Cavaliers
- Game to watch: Thursday at Lakers (ABC/ESPN) – Kevin Durant and LeBron James will meet on Christmas Day for the fifth time overall, but the first time since 2018. James holds a 3-1 edge in head-to-head matchups on Christmas Day. Can Durant and the Rockets, who will see young stars Alperen Sengun and Amen Thompson make their Christmas Day debuts, close out their season-long six-game road trip with a win?
LA Clippers
- Schedule: Tuesday vs. Rockets (NBC/Peacock), Friday at Blazers (Prime Video), Sunday vs. Pistons
- Game to watch: Tuesday vs. Rockets (NBC/Peacock) – On Saturday, the 13th-place Clippers knocked off the fourth-place Lakers to snap a five-game skid. On Tuesday, they’ll look to make it two straight wins when they host the sixth-place Rockets. It will be the 26th career regular-season matchup between former teammates Kevin Durant and James Harden, with Durant holding a 14-11 edge.
Los Angeles Lakers
- Schedule: Tuesday at Suns, Thursday vs. Rockets (ABC/ESPN), Sunday vs. Kings
- Game to watch: Thursday vs. Rockets (ABC/ESPN) – Will Luka Dončić play his first Christmas Day game with the Lakers? That is the question on the minds of L.A. fans after the league’s leading scorer exited Saturday’s loss to the Clippers with a leg contusion. Meanwhile, LeBron James is set to extend his record with a 20th Christmas Day appearance. Not only is James the league’s all-time leading scorer, but he also leads all players in Christmas Day scoring with 507 points (an average of 26.7 ppg).
Memphis Grizzlies
- Schedule: Monday at Thunder (Peacock), Tuesday at Jazz, Friday vs. Bucks, Sunday at Wizards
- Game to watch: Monday at Thunder (Peacock) – The Grizzlies have bounced back from their 4-11 start through 15 games by going 9-4 in their last 13. Their momentum will be tested to open Week 10 as they visit the West-leading Thunder, who have dropped two of their last three after a record-setting 24-1 start.
Minnesota Timberwolves
- Schedule: Tuesday vs. Knicks, Thursday at Nuggets (ABC/ESPN), Saturday vs. Nets
- Game to watch: Thursday at Nuggets (ABC/ESPN) – These familiar foes split playoff series in 2023 and 2024 and meet in Denver on Christmas Day. Anthony Edwards scored 26 points and won his Christmas Day debut a year ago … can he lead the Wolves, who enter Week 10 having won nine of their last 11 games, to another win on Christmas?
New Orleans Pelicans
- Schedule: Monday vs. Mavericks, Tuesday at Cavaliers, Friday vs. Suns, Saturday vs. Suns
- Game to watch: Monday vs. Mavericks – After going just 3-22 in their first 25 games, the Pelicans enter this week with the league’s second-longest win streak (four games) to improve to 7-22. The Pelicans will go for their first five-game win streak since March 2023 when they host the Mavericks in a clash of No. 1 picks out of Duke: Dallas’ Cooper Flagg (2025) and New Orleans’ Zion Williamson (2019).
Oklahoma City Thunder
- Schedule: Monday vs. Grizzlies (Peacock), Tuesday at Spurs, Thursday vs. Spurs (ABC/ESPN), Sunday vs. Sixers
- Game to watch: Thursday vs. Spurs (ABC/ESPN) – On Dec. 13, the Thunder saw their franchise-record 16-game win streak get snapped by the Spurs in the Emirates NBA Cup semifinals. The defending champs don’t have to wait long to try to avenge that loss, with two matchups with San Antonio this week. After a Tuesday tilt in Texas, these teams will square off in OKC on Christmas Day, with reigning Kia MVP Shai Gilgeous-Alexander making his Christmas debut.
Phoenix Suns
- Schedule: Tuesday vs. Lakers, Friday at Pelicans, Saturday at Pelicans
- Game to watch: Tuesday vs. Lakers – These Pacific Division rivals meet for the third time in December after splitting their first two games this season. In their last matchup on Dec. 14, the Suns rallied from 20 points down in the fourth quarter before LeBron James, Luka Dončić and the Lakers eked out the win. Tuesday’s game marks the rubber matchup with L.A. before Phoenix heads to New Orleans for a pair of games against the Pelicans.
Portland Trail Blazers
- Schedule: Monday vs. Pistons, Tuesday vs. Magic, Friday vs. Clippers (Prime Video), Sunday vs. Celtics
- Game to watch: Friday vs. Clippers (Prime Video) – The Blazers enter Week 10 riding a three-game win streak and will host Detroit and Orlando before Friday’s Prime matchup with LA. The Clippers have won three straight and 12 of the last 13 head-to-head matchups with the Blazers. Can Portland turn those tables in this post-holiday clash?
Sacramento Kings
- Schedule: Tuesday vs. Pistons, Saturday vs. Mavericks (NBA TV), Sunday at Lakers
- Game to watch: Saturday vs. Mavericks (NBA TV) – Last spring, the Mavericks ended the Kings’ postseason hopes with a dominant win in the SoFi NBA Play-In Tournament on Sacramento’s home court. On Saturday, the Kings will host the Mavs again in a matchup of two teams who enter Week 10 on the outside looking in at the Play-In field in 2025-26.
San Antonio Spurs

- Game to watch: Thursday at Thunder (ABC/ESPN) – Less than two weeks after San Antonio’s statement win over OKC in the Emirates NBA Cup Semifinals, these teams will once again meet with the spotlight of the hoops world shining on them – in a Christmas Day matchup on ABC & ESPN. In his Christmas debut last year, Victor Wembanyama had 42 points and 18 rebounds in New York City. What will he have in store for an encore when the Spurs visit the defending champs?
Utah Jazz
- Schedule: Monday at Nuggets, Tuesday vs. Grizzlies, Friday vs. Pistons, Saturday at Spurs
- Game to watch: Tuesday vs. Grizzlies – When these teams first met on Dec. 12 in Memphis, Keyonte George netted a career-best 39 points as the Jazz rallied back from 12 points down in the second half to secure the win. As 12th-place Utah looks to keep climbing toward the Play-In field, they have a chance to go up 2-0 on the ninth-place Grizzlies.
