📝 Wednesday’s Top Storylines 📝

1. The Rockets grab an overtime win in Philly. That’s their second OT win of the week, getting them to 14-6 for the season. That’s their best start since 2018 and they’re now second in the Western Conference.
2. The Hawks hand the Cavaliers a rare defeat. Cleveland lost their first game at home this season and just their second loss of the year in total (17-2). Trae Young led the way with 20 points and 22 assists in that upset road win.
3. The Kings snatch a comeback win against the Timberwolves. Sacramento closed the game on a 29-6 run to grab a shocking win in Minnesota. Domantas Sabonis had 27 points, 12 rebounds and five assists, while De’Aaron Fox finished with 26 points, eight rebounds and eight assists. Malik Monk provided 27 points, eight rebounds and nine assists off the bench.
4. The Thunder remain atop the Western Conference standings with a narrow road win against the Warriors. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander led OKC with 35 points, eight rebounds and five assists.

⭐🌟⭐ Wednesday’s Top Performers ⭐🌟⭐

1. James Harden had 43 points, four rebounds, seven assists and three steals in a blowout win over the Washington Wizards. He didn’t even play in the fourth quarter. The Beard joins Wilt Chamberlain, Kobe Bryant and Michael Jordan as the only players with over 100 40-point games.

2. Trae Young collected 20 points, four rebounds and 22 assists in an upset win over the Cleveland Cavaliers. Those 22 assists marked a career-high and season-best across the league.
3. Jalen Green tallied 41 points, seven rebounds, two assists and two steals in an overtime win over the Philadelphia 76ers.
4. Tyrese Maxey finished with 39 points, two rebounds, 10 assists and five steals in that loss against the Houston Rockets.

🚨Final Alert🚨Thunder Defeat Warriors, 105-101 ⚡⚡⚡

Golden State had a shot to tie the game in the final seconds but came up short. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander led OKC with 35 points, eight rebounds and five assists. Isaiah Hartenstein finished with 14 points, 14 rebounds and three assists.

Oklahoma City is still atop the Western Conference standings after that victory with a 14-4 record.
