1. Memphis grabs a narrow win in Detroit. The Grizzlies spoiled Cade Cunningham’s return to action, grabbing a 109-103 win in Motown. They rode a 34-26 fourth quarter to their comeback win, getting 38 points from Desmond Bane.
2. Milwaukee snatches an overtime win in Miami. The Bucks finished regulation on an 11-4 run to get the game into overtime and then seized that critical road victory in South Beach behind a monstrous triple-double from Giannis Antetokounmpo.
3. The Clippers blow out the Mavericks in the nightcap. Los Angeles has won 13 of their last 16 games, and they’re making a late push to avoid the Play-In Tournament. 1. The Grizzlies and Pistons showcase gritty play in the matchup of the night. Both of these teams eclipsed the 40-win mark last month, and it should be fun to watch them battle with less than 10 days remaining in the regular season. Detroit comes into this matchup winning six of their last nine outings, while Memphis has lost seven of its last nine games.
2. The Clippers and Mavericks close the night. Los Angeles has been climbing up the standings, entering this matchup winning 12 of their last 15 games. Dallas has looked like a different team since Anthony Davis got healthy, winning five of the six games he’s played.
3. The Bucks and Heat renew Eastern Conference rivalry. These teams are playing their fourth and final matchup, with Milwaukee looking for the season sweep. They’ve actually won seven of their last eight games in this series, despite both clubs making the playoffs nearly every year over the last decade.
