Terry Mills (1967): Mills was a standout when he played his college ball at Michigan University, earning him the 16th overall pick in the 1990 NBA Draft. “Three Mills” struggled early on but found his stroke when he joined the Detroit Pistons in 1992. Over the next five seasons with the Pistons, Mills averaged 13.5 points, 6.2 rebounds, 1.6 assists and 0.6 steals per game. He closed his career by playing for the Indiana Pacers and Miami Heat before retiring in 2001. Mills was one of the first true three-point shooters of his era, leading the league in three-pointers made per possession in 1996.
