Check out some of the best matchups exclusively on NBA League Pass.

The 76ers head to Boston to take on the Celtics for their 2025-26 season tip-off.

The opening week of the NBA season is finally here, and you can catch some of the best matchups exclusively on NBA League Pass.

Oct. 22: Sixers at Celtics (7:30 p.m. ET): In the season opener for both teams, we’ll see the new-look Celtics – following the departures of three of their top six players from a year ago and the injury to superstar Jayson Tatum – and the mostly-healthy 76ers. Philly’s playoff chances hinge on the health of Joel Embiid, who looked good in his one preseason appearance. Boston, led by Jaylen Brown, has beat Philly in eight of their last 10 matchups. Will the trend continue?

Oct. 24: Hawks at Magic (7 p.m. ET): We get a look at two teams that made significant offseason moves and are both predicted to have top-five finishes in the East. The Hawks acquired Kristaps Porziņģis from Boston and Nickeil Alexander-Walker from Minnesota. The Magic landed Desmond Bane from Memphis.

Oct. 24: Pistons at Rockets (8 p.m. ET): With Cade Cunningham leading the way, the Pistons had a 30-win turnaround and won their first playoff game since 2008. Kevin Durant is cleared for lift off in Houston. Plus, we get a clash of the Thompson twins when Ausar and the Pistons visit Amen and the Rockets.

Oct. 24: Spurs at Pelicans (8 p.m. ET): Wemby vs. Zion is always must-see TV.

Oct. 25: Hornets at Sixers (7:30 p.m. ET): A matchup between the No. 3 and No. 4 picks from the 2025 NBA Draft when VJ Edgecombe and the Sixers take on Kon Knueppel and the Hornets.

Oct. 25: Suns at Nuggets (9 p.m. ET): Sure, Durant and Bradley Beal have moved on, but Devin Booker is still in the Valley of the Sun. Nikola Jokić and the Nuggets look like the top contender to the Thunder out West.

Oct. 26: Bucks at Cavs (6 p.m. ET): The Greek Freak vs. the Spida are the marquee names for this big-time matchup. Do the Bucks have enough firepower besides Giannis Antetokounmpo to challenge in the East? Can Donovan Mitchell and the Cavs take the next step and reach the Finals this season?
