A torrid offensive performance that saw each member of the starting five record a double-digit scoring tally led the Detroit Pistons to a comfortable 104-86 win over the New York Knicks in an NBA 2K26 Summer League battle at Cox Pavilion in Las Vegas on Friday evening.

The Pistons, who led by as many as 26 points, set the tone for a dominant performance on each end of the floor during the first half, as Detroit had built a 46-32 advantage by intermission. The Knicks were able to get into more of an offensive rhythm over the final two quarters, but New York didn’t forge ahead in either period and ultimately allowed Detroit to drain 48.6% of its 72 field-goal attempts, including 45.5% of its 33 3-point tries.

Pacôme Dadiet led the Knicks with 17 points, while MarJon Beauchamp supplied 15 points in support. Kevin McCullar Jr. tallied 13 points, six rebounds, three assists and a steal. Tyler Kolek turned in 10 points, six rebounds, eight assists, a steal and a block off the bench.

Ron Holland II paced the Pistons with 28 points, which he complemented with 11 rebounds, two assists, three steals and one block. Daniss Jenkins registered 18 points, three boards, three assists, a steal and two blocks. Tolu Smith generated a 16-point, 11-rebound double-double that included two blocks and a steal. Bobi Klintman and rookie second-round pick Chaz Lanier each posted 10 points and one block, with Klintman adding eight rebounds, five assists, two steals and one block; Lanier recorded four dimes and a steal.

Both teams return to the floor on Sunday afternoon, with the Knicks facing the Boston Celtics (5:30 ET, NBA TV) and the Pistons taking on the Houston Rockets (4 ET, ESPN2).
