What We Know About Thursday’s Games

-Pistons Host Cavaliers on Prime: Detroit pulled off an important Game 1 win, beating Cleveland 111-101 on Tuesday. While the Pistons held the lead for the final 45 minutes of that game, it was tied with five minutes remaining. Detroit closed on an 18-8 run over the final 4:50 to capture that victory. They lead this series, 1-0.

-Thunder Host Lakers on Prime: Oklahoma City took care of business in Game 1, beating Los Angeles, 108-90. The Thunder won all four individual quarters in that victory, maintaining a double-digit lead for the entirety of the fourth quarter. OKC leads this series, 1-0.

Detroit Lead Cleveland at the Half, 54-43

The Pistons are shooting 52 percent from the field and 47 percent from 3-point range.

They’re holding the Cavaliers to 40 percent from the field and 21 percent frm long range.

All five Detroit starters have scored at least five points apiece.

Detroit shot 55 percent from the field while holding Cleveland to 37 percent.

The Pistons also won the turnover battle, 6-3.
