The Cleveland Cavaliers have had their share of elite players in their history, with LeBron James chief among them. However, other players have earned All-NBA honors in the past.

Here, we take a look at all the players who were named to the first-team All-NBA while playing for the Cavaliers.

LeBron James – 8 times (2006, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018)

James is undoubtedly the most accomplished player in franchise history. His legendary career has had two chapters in Cleveland as part of an overall body of work featuring 21 All-Star nods, four NBA titles, four MVP awards, four Finals MVPs and 21 All-NBA nods in his resume. Eight of those All-NBA nods came as a member of the 1st-Team All-NBA while playing in Cleveland. The first one came in 2005-06, his third season in the league, and he’d later add three more before departing to the Miami Heat.

James returned to Cleveland after a four-year stint in South Beach that included two NBA titles, two NBA MVP awards, two Finals MVP nods and four more 1st-Team All-NBA presences. He returned to the Cavaliers for the 2014-15 and stayed with the franchise until the end of the 2017-18 season. He earned four more 1st-Team All-NBA nods while also winning the franchise’s lone NBA championship in the 2015-16 campaign in an epic comeback against the Golden State Warriors.

In his 11 years with the Cavaliers, James averaged 27.2 points, 7.3 rebounds, 7.3 assists and 1.6 steals per game across 849 regular-season appearances.

Mark Price – 1 time (1993)

Price was the best player for a Cavaliers team that became a regular playoff participant in the early 1990s, though the floor general had one of the best seasons of his career in the 1992-93 campaign. Price averaged 18.2 points, 8.0 assists, 2.7 rebounds and 1.2 steals per game across 75 regular-season appearances for the Cavaliers while leading the team to a 54-28 record that year. They lost in the Eastern Conference Semifinals against the Chicago Bulls in a four-game sweep.

That would end up being the lone 1st-Team All-NBA nod for Price, though he was named an All-NBA three other times throughout his career since he was part of the 3rd-Team All-NBA in the 1988-89, 1991-92 and 1993-34 seasons. The star point guard was also a four-time All-Star and finished in the Top 10 in the MVP voting four times, each as a member of the Cavaliers.

Donovan Mitchell – 1 time (2025)

Mitchell was rewarded for leading the Cavaliers to the best record in the Eastern Conference in the 2024-25 season, and he was recognized with the first 1st-Team All-NBA nod of his career. He also earned a sixth consecutive All-Star appearance while averaging 24.0 points, 5.0 assists, 4.5 rebounds and 1.3 steals per game across 71 regular-season appearances. In his three years with the Cavaliers since being acquired from the Utah Jazz via trade, Mitchell is averaging a robust 26.2 points, 5.1 assists and 4.6 rebounds per game across 194 regular-season appearances.
