2024-25 Media Days schedule: Times, locations and how to watch for all 30 teams

The Celtics were the first team to hold Media Day ahead of the 2024-25 season.

The Celtics and Nuggets were the first two teams to hold NBA Media Days this season, as both are prepping early for the NBA Abu Dhabi Games 2024. The rest of the league’s 30 teams will gather on Monday, Sept. 30 to hold Media Days in their local markets.
