Pre-Draft Outlook
For a team that won 17 games in 2024-25 and 22 games in 2025-26, scoring and depth are necessities. Utah has building blocks with veterans and young players, and next season, the Jazz should be in a position to begin showing more progress.
The Way to Go
The Jazz haven’t had a top-two pick since drafting Darrell Griffith second in the 1980 draft. Selecting Kansas guard Darryn Peterson is the kind of scorer and shooter who should accelerate Utah’s rebuild.
